I have had a supplemental to Medicare insurance policy for the past several years. I am thankful I had that insurance as it was comfortable going to sleep each night knowing that if anything should happen that required going to the hospital, etc., I was covered. However, it was expensive. This year there is so much talk about changes to insurance and the cost is really frightening. The best experience I have encountered in recent years was becoming acquainted with Angela Sola who guided me through the Medgap plans and helped me to better understand that all those plans, depending on the LETTER which explains the coverage under that plan, is mandated by the Federal gov. It is up to each different company who offers that plan to state their price. Understanding this, I have changed the company but still have the same excellent coverage for a lot less money per month. It pays to review your coverage with different companies. Thank you Angela.

Very knowledgeable of various supplemental plans. State your concerns and interests regarding plans and gaps and they are quick to answer questions and find suitable solutions. Great to work with. If they don't have the answer they will research it and call you back!
They will find the cheapest rates on identical policies.

My first medical visit, staff could not access my account! Although I had not mailed in additional info (Medicare number), even if I blackmailed it right away it would not have been recieved. For someone thinking I may have a mistake in changing insurances, that is all it took to push me back to my former insurance. Staff was extremely nice and understanding. That is true reason for the 4 stars.

They have the lowest quotes, however, once you say yes, forget about getting any further support.

I did not care for the Dental plan they shoved on me -- which I promptly cancelled, but all my requests to get additional help in getting a dental plan went unanswered.

The way to game the system would be is NOT to agree to BUY a policy UNTIL all your questions have been resolved, because after you've bought the main policy, forget about getting any additional help.
That has been my experience.

After signing up for Medicare through Senor market quotes I have tried to get ahold of Claire and she won't return my calls she got my address wrong on my application put my social security number as my routing number on my checking account I have called three times and she won't return my call. Pretty poor customer support if you ask me
