I have ordered cake 2 days back . The cake I have ordered was photo cake chocolate truffle cake for but the cake delivered was some pathetic third class fruit cake... They have charged so much for cake and bouquet and the service they provided is extremely terrible... They should not make fool out of customers...

I had ordered a cake and bouquet to be delivered to my mum yesterday on her birthday. And they were not the same as shown in the picture!
It was delivered to her after 8 pm.
Customer service was pathetic! Disgusting!

You better take some time to update yourselves. Of course, it should be the same day delivery. How can you deliver gifts on another? You're not making a big deal by delivering it on the same day. That much money you take, don't you?

Too much hot and too much cold is everywhere on the planet. It's not about the 'freshness of the gifts' as you say. It's about the pathetic looking cake that you sent made by a 5-year-old. Which you and I very well know looked totally different from the wonderful picture that you put on your website to fool people. Also, the bouquet was different.

Then why do you say delivery between 11 AM to 8 PM?
In that case, you should say delivery ONLY at 8 pm.

You delivered the rubbish looking cake and the totally different bouquet at the last moment because nothing was ready! After me calling you and messaging you on WhatsApp for several times that's when you probably must have remembered about the order.

I wish I could sue you guys! Seriously! Stop fooling people! Don't ruin such occasions, such occasions may not mean anything to you! But it could mean a lot to the people trusting you and paying you to do the job that you promise!

Very unprofessional and low quality. I had a few orders placed for Mother's day and they were all low quality. Flowers were not fresh at all! I'll not give them my business anymore.

They showing something else... And doing something else.
I ordered a cake and bouquet from the picture they post on their page..
And the order I received was totally different.. Cake as well as bouquet were not the same as they were showed in picture.
Cake was totally melted.

168 gm of Cadbury celebration pack costs Rs. 150. They sell it for Rs. 485. Then they claim the delivery is totally free. In the product page, there is not a single description of the product, like weight, of what the package includes, etc. If delivery on the same day made you cost 3x or original, at least mention it. Don't mislead customers by wrong information.

I recently placed photo cake for my girlfriend, from begining till the execution everything was perfect. Kajal answered all my queries and get the cake delivered in next few hours. I have requested the picture before delivery and got it on time. Kudos to team, keep it up, strongly recommend must try it.

Big Cheaters!!. If you would like to send something to your beloved ones, Please keep away from this worst site, you will be cheated. I saw all those bad reviews before I place the orders and i felt doubt. I called them and asked, why such bad reviews are getting continuously. They said being the tight competition is going on, someone from other companies they are intentionally doing such bad reviews and it is not genuine, don't go with such reviews, you do it and feel it how is our service and we will cheat or not. I made some orders on 13/02/2019, as Valentine's gift for my wife. As I asked they committed the delivery will happen on 14/02/2019 before 9 pm. But they delivered on 16 Feb night that also what I ordered and what they delivered it was entirely different. Even the wishing card also they could not deliver they said it was missing. Don't forget Only one number is there( 00919555151500), ( to contact and it will be always switched off and once they received the payment there will be no live chat box also. Trust my words and if you can not believe what I said, I can post all those chat history(screen short) here. Please, guys, don't waste your money and time.

I HAVE ORDERED A GIFT FOR MY GIRLFRIENDS BIRTHDAY WHICH WAS PROMISED TO ME TO BE DELIVERED ON 26TH JUNE UNTIL 08:00 PM.
I DIDN'T GET ANY UPDATE NOR I CAN TRACK ORDER. AT LAST WHEN UNTIL 03:00 PM NO GIFT WAS DELIVERED I DECIDED TO CALL THEM TO CONFIRM DELIVERY AND TURNED OUT THEY CANT DELIVER.

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

Need improvement. I sent a cake for my nieche's bday.they sent it, but I had few queries before delivery which were never answered. They provide a phone number as customer service number which is always unreachable, so there is no way to contact other than the support email which is not attended most of the time. They can attract more customers and good feedback if they resolve these issues.
