Excellent service, good quality furniture
I ordered the Eris 1 TV stand. I was keen on a quick delivery and found it easy to liaise with the company via the Chat service. It was delivered less than a week later. The delivery company was brilliant, giving continuous updates regarding where they were and when to expect them. They delivered the unit to my room of choice. I opted for the self assembly option. I assembled the unit on my own so it took me much longer to complete than suggested but I found the procedure fairly straightforward overall. Just take your time and lay everything out before hand. The unit was actually very well packed so no issues with any scratches or damage. I even managed to get the doors aligned exactly which has often been an issue with self assembly in the past. The unit is solid with a lovely wooden top. My only slight issue is with the lighting. I would have preferred a warm light rather than a cool white light. That is something I may change myself if it continues to annoy me. Otherwise everything else was great. I would highly recommend this company.

What a great company to find
What a great company to find! I was about to order a display cabinet from a competitor and stumbled upon Sena Furniture accidentally. It saved me £250!! The same cabinet was £649 including £79 delivery. Sena was around £400 with FREE Delivery. The competitor was a six week wait. Sena delivered to Aberdeen the next day. Speaking to Sebastian and Marika was a pleasure. Managed to change the colour of my cabinet with ease. Amazing can’t recommend highly enough - Mark the driver was in time and good fun. Thank you will definitely use again

Neptune highboard
I bought the Neptune highboard.. and paid extra to have it delivered fully assembled. Communication was great, and was expecting a delivery at the beginning of February…. However due to my location - north east of Scotland, it took another 4 months to get it delivered … apart from the painful wait, the product is beautiful and I was delighted with the delivery- fully traceable and the quality of the board…. So I am finally a happy customer :)

Outstanding furniture and customer service at Sena
We have purchased furniture and accessories for our home from Sena, for many years and have always been impressed with the quality of the items and the excellent customer service.
When we decided to convert one of our spare bedroom to a walk-in wardrobe, it was the obvious place to go and once again, Sebastian at Sena did not disappoint. We sat down and discussed what we were looking for and he then created a CAD drawing of what it would look like in situ, both internally and externally. We discussed finishes and fitments and once agreed, we only waited a couple of weeks for the furniture to be available for fitting.
Sebastian and his team came out and fitted the wardrobes and drawers, which included a wraparound corner wardrobe, paying particular attention to levelling and spacing to ensure the perfect result.
We couldn’t be more delighted and would have no hesitation in recommending Sena to anyone.

Quality furniture. Maybe pay extra for assembly if you can afford it.
Quality furniture definitely a cut above IKEA, etc. Assembly took two of us. Visual instructions for assembly were fairly clear, though some written support at some points could have been useful. Two furniture items were supposed to come with lights, but these were not in packaging and I had to request these which came promptly. Dropped one star for this, plus order took longer than expected.

Looks really good! Takes a while to assemble
I needed a sideboard for my narrow hallway and this was just what I needed. It has lots of storage for shoes and fit just right and looks good too. Furniture arrived within 3 weeks of placing my order. It was a pain to assemble and I think there’s instructions could be clearer and simpler but I managed to put it together after a few hours. I would also say that I wish the partitions were easily adjustable but looks good overall

No issues with the company as service &…
No issues with the company as service & delivery have been excellent. It may have been worth mentioning in the description of the fire I chose that the temperature could not be changed and that the burn time therefore is only an hour per litre of bio ethanol fuel and this is all the fire will fill to. Fire is lovely but disappointed that it can’t be regulated.

We’ll update the product description to clarify this. Most bioethanol fires are designed for ambient heat, with fixed flame settings for safety, hence the 1-hour burn time per litre.

Excellent and proactive service fast delivery and very helpful. I ordered a display cabinet and it is really good. Mark gave me 5% refund because prior placing the order I joined the mailing list and the 5% email came late. All round great experience and very helpful.

It took a long time to find a dining…
It took a long time to find a dining room sideboard we both liked the look of. Thankfully when the unit arrived it looked just as good as in the online photos. We took advantage of having the unit assembled before delivery which made our lives a lot easier! The unit was delivered when expected and with care.

Customer service needs improvement
Our order was delayed for months and the most frustrating part is they failed to keep us updated. I kept emailing or calling and was given false expectations that were frequently not met. In the end they got the message and kept apologising but I hope they improve their customer communication. Delays happen but you should keep me updated not force me to keep chasing.
We also paid extra to have the product built, when it got delivered they were unable to place in room on first floor. Driver said we should have been asked which floor but that never happened. If your going to sell a service to have that product delivered think about where the customer will want the product located. With flat pack you can move the parts up and construct but once it's assembled it's awkward and very heavy to move.
Whilst the product is as expected there were too many operational issues for me to recommend them, hopefully they improve.

Avoid! I ordered a bed in march and was told it would take around 2 weeks for delivery, it's now the 28th of MAY and still don't have a delivery date. I've tried to email and call but no reply and they don't answer the phone. I've never had to deal with such an incompetent company.

The tv stand is amazing comes assembled. The driver brought it in and placed it exactly where I wanted. Put the tv back on the stand. The quality is great, good gloss finish. The reason I gave it a 4 star is only that I had to call them for an update otherwise this is a great tv stand
