A Purpose-Driven Workplace That Needs Stronger Systems
What stands out at SemiCab is that the vision does not feel like something written on a slide. People genuinely seem to believe in what the company is building, and that reflects in the way work gets done.
The level of autonomy is also a big positive. There is space to take ownership, think independently, and shape outcomes, which can be very motivating.
At the same time, as with many companies that are scaling, a lot of knowledge still sits with individuals instead of being captured in clear systems or documentation. Some of this is being addressed, but it will need more sustained investment.
The biggest area of improvement would be stronger focus on processes, documentation, and scalable ways of working. This is still a gap today and needs more attention, ownership, and priority as the company grows.
