You promised me a $25 gift/discount on future orders. I never got it. When I complained, some person argued that it was sent. Why would I lie? Very poor response. Just send what you promised. Obviously, I couldn't use it twice. This person was just being intractable. Poor customer service.

Still don't have my order from several…
Still don't have my order from several weeks ago. FedEx won't deliver, they say the business is closed even though I am here and I asked them to knock on the gate but they won't. Product got returned to sender. I asked for a refund or reshipment but not via FedEx. Order was reshipped, via FedEx again. 2nd attempt also not successful. I spent hours on phone and writing emails both with FedEx and to Leading Edge. I don't have the product and still don't have a refund.
