Went to look at cars the old man was very rude and has no customer service skills so I walked away without buying a car I personally wouldn't recommend buying from such rude people

Very poor customer service - they are cheaters - they will promise you the price and once your vehicle collected will offer u nothing- if u not happy with price they will ask you to go to scrapyard to collect ur vehicle back which is more than 100 miles away. Never use them if u want stress free service.

In October last year I part exchanged my vxr for an rcz. My car had a private number plate that I tried to remove from the car but the Dvla we site was down. Nelson one of the staff or owner said he would sort out both V5 documents for me. It's now February and I still haven't had any documents for either car. The only documents I have had are from a parking company issuing me a fine for the car been parked in a no parking zone in London. I have had another reminder for the same fine after speaking to Nelson and him saying he would sort it. I am extremely unhappy with the service and experience I have had and am currently still having. I have tried a number of time to contact Nelson both by phone text and WhatsApp

Don’t get ripped off - you will receive an email giving you a tip and bottom price and a few in between - don’t be fooled, I was offered a £1000 lower than the bottom price for a car that is in mint condition with below average mileage - avoid unless you’re desperate for cash!
