If you believe a book was rejected in error or damaged in transit, please provide clear, 6-angle images (Front, Back, Spine, Top, Bottom, and Side) of the items in question so we can investigate this further for you.

When books are processed at our warehouse, each item is scanned individually against the order. If an item is not scanned into the system, it is recorded as not received.

In some cases, this can occur if a barcode does not scan correctly, the ISBN differs from the one originally submitted, or if the parcel contents do not fully match the trade created.

Sellitback does not reduce payouts unfairly. All offers are based on live market demand and stock levels at the point an order is confirmed, and final payments reflect the items received and accepted following our quality assessment process. We do not operate any form of manual reduction outside of these criteria.

Regarding courier collections, labels must match the booking reference on Evri’s system. If there has been a mismatch, this is a booking or label allocation issue rather than an intentional action to delay or reduce payment.

If you would like a formal review of the specific sales in question, please confirm the sale IDs on cs@sellitback.com and we will escalate them for a documented investigation with both our warehouse and courier partner.
