Rick and the team at Seller Metrics really understand Amazon marketing and the entire Amazon ecosystem. We worked with them for 3 years and they knocked it out of the park.

We had engaged SellerMetrics previously and had a very good experience. However, for reasons not related to the PPC management provided by SellerMetrics, I moved our account to another agency in order to receive other services not offered by SellerMetrics. After several months I knew I had made a mistake. I have moved our business back to SellerMetrics and am very happy that I did. I look forward to working with Rick and his team, again... and look forward to great results with our PPC campaign management.

So I went to SellerMetrics and wanted to trial the programme. I opened it up, registered clicked to sync and it wouldnt sync.

I opened a support request and was told, that I had apparently opened an account in September 2025.

I went to the Amazon account and Apps and could not see anything for Seller Metrics showing. Now I am not saying someone in the organisation did not open one, but it was not registering or showing.

I asked how to resolve this so I could trial the programme or for help, then came the silence.

Nothing but silence. I am now five days into this, not a peep. Not an email nothing, so I am now thinking damn, if that is their customer service ? yeah I am kind of glad I didnt trial it.
