One of the best tools I have been using for the Amazon marketing. It is easy to use, especially the automation and day parting which is really really great. Is this eases your work during even at night. Also bhavya is always ready for support.

Been selling for six years. Tried every tool.
SellerApp's keyword research is the most accurate I've used and I've probably spent $10k on various software over the years. What I like is it shows you search volume but also competition level and profitability estimates so you're not just chasing high volume keywords that are impossible to rank for. I launched a new ASIN last month using their keyword strategy and got to page one in 18 days for my main keyword. That's never happened before. Usually takes me 6-8 weeks minimum. The difference is targeting the right keywords from day one instead of guessing and wasting money on PPC for terms that don't convert.

We hired SellerApp as PPC management agency for our Amazon account since FEB,2025, to help increase our Amazon traffic and brand recognition and sales. The team, especially account manager PREMSAGAR M, doing a great job on campaigns and analyzing. They took the time to understand our target audience and developed a creative and strategic ad campaign that exceeded our goals. Our total sale is doubled this year compared to last year. SellerApp has truly been an invaluable partner, and we highly recommend them.

This is a good app, but the customer service for products sellers is equals to 0.
We have been asking help from yesterday. Sales stopped because a glitch on their system and no one is able to call us back.

Not good value
I wanted to like SellerApp.com for its Amazon seller tools, but my experience was frustrating. While the platform offers useful analytics, I found the interface clunky and slow at times. Some features that were advertised didn’t work as smoothly as expected, and customer support was slow to respond when I needed help.
The pricing is also on the higher side for what you get—there are similar tools out there with better usability. If they improve performance, reliability, and support, it could be great, but right now, I can’t fully recommend it.

I'm not gonna act like SellerApp does everything for you, but it get you like 80% there, fast. Then you just adjust. It helped me go multi-channel without the usual stress. Amazon and Walmart are both actually performing now. Couldn't have done that 6 months ago without burning out.

Okay, so I am sitting here 1 am fixing product listings (again) and realized how much better things have been since I got sellerapp. I used to manually browse the competition and juggle random agency audit calls till 3am. Now I get weekly reports that show EXACTLY what is working and what is not. And don't get me started on the chrome extension. I love it. It's literally open 24/7 on my browser. I know I sound dramatic but this thing actually made Ecomm fun again

At the beginning, we sought support from this group as we lacked sufficient knowledge in Amazon PPC and other critical areas. They reached out to us via email, promising assistance with PPC management, listing optimization, and various other services. However, things did not go as promised. As their business grew, they began to overlook us, showed little interest in our ads, and were slow to respond. They even dismissed our product, saying, “This product won’t succeed,” with an indifferent attitude.

What’s worse, after we started working with them, they actually caused our already moderate sales numbers to drop further. When questioned, they came up with various excuses rather than providing concrete solutions or taking responsibility. This not only hurt our progress but also made it clear that their focus was not on genuinely helping us achieve success.

To regain control, we invested in some tools and took over the management of our ads ourselves. As a result, we have now achieved excellent sales figures. This experience has clearly taught us one thing: If you don’t take charge of critical aspects like PPC and listing optimization, these types of companies only sell you dreams.

Initially, the money you pay them is attractive due to the high purchasing power in their own countries. However, they fail to put in the necessary effort to bring your product to the desired level and do not fulfill their promises. They leverage the customer base you’ve built to focus solely on the clients who generate the highest sales, regardless of their own contribution. For them, the satisfaction of other clients doesn’t matter; whether you continue working with them or not is irrelevant to them.

Therefore, it’s essential to manage the most critical parts of your business yourself. Success doesn’t come from relying on external sources but from your own dedication and efforts.

Do not expect any help from the seller app. It’s absolutely terrible in helping sellers. All messages get bounced by a computer Bot and never by a real human. There is no help what so ever. They will blame you for the tiniest things and suspend you from the app but when you have a simple question they ignore you like you’re nothing.

They need to wake up from their over paid jobs and hire someone bright enough to make these changes soon.

At first, I thought they were smart people, and had the right tools, so I decided to give them a shot, but I was wrong.  The biggest problem is THEY DON'T HAVE COMMON SENSE". Like sometimes you receive customer service from India. They may speak English well but they don't know what's going on in the US.

The first campaign they created for me only has 5 keywords but two of them when you type in Amazon search term. It shows the product is not what I sell. not even in the same category. The manager told me their system will automatically mark these keywords as negative keywords. I have never heard someone create a campaign with irrelevant keywords. Why? Because they don't have to pay for it. They spend your money to train their new staff.

They always tell you it needs 3 months to see the result, at the beginning. My ACOST was 20%-50% (I created campaigns). After they take care of it it jumps to 200%. They told me it would be fixed by the system. The second month is back to 140%. They tell me that's the progress! Finally, I found out they only got 13 keywords in the campaign for me in three different types and they told me that's it! Really? for this result? They always have excuses about time budget and competition. Yes. That's why I hired them. They know it before we start! Money was traied to the water. After 3 months you probably never get your money back.

When we talked about the plan, it is like they have a secret weapon and some of their specialist managers who can help with your case and they don't tell you exactly what is going on when they are working on your case. But That is not true. They don't have magic. The only thing they have is the automation system which is kind slow to reflect your competitors' moves. you will always be behind your competitors. THEY ARE NOT BETTER THAN THE AMAZON GUYS ON YOUTUBE.

Don't let them manage your Amazon store if you don't have hundreds of thousands of dollars to waste.
