Thank you for the feedback. We accept every comment to help us improve our service. However, when purchasing the item, you had option of selecting “self collection” and pay no shipping fee. This could help you book own courier. ButjYour feedback is very important to us as it is helping us look for an alternative solution for Northern Ireland.

Absolutely filthy
Absolutely filthy, do not know how you could send this unit to a sick person, the electrical test was done in 2017, so nowhere a recent second hand unit, must be at least 6 to 8 years old, i am writing this today 23/05/2023 as this is what i received.

Sorry that we did not meet your expectations. However, you purchased a second hand item, fully functional. Nowhere in our description we stated that the item is few years old.
May be you should lower a bit your expectations as this item costs around £800 as new, it sold to you at £56 as second hand, fully functional.
Best price, quality service.
The product was the cheapest I found on the market yet it was good quality, clean, well packed and arrived quickly.
If I need more medical items I will surely visit Selfimed again.

Sorry for the inconvenience. We have amended our listing specifying that the lowest price of the item is consistent with the lack of battery charger. Hence, the item looks like new and works well.
Buying used Medical Equipment from SelfiMed
The trader was very easy to contact, truthful and dependable. His prices were good and his web site well organised and with excellent E-commerce support. The equipment arrive 3 days after my order with UPS courier. Unfortunately left in full view outside my front door when I was out. Clearly, the delivery man did not know Anything about RING bells or else I could speak to him via my mobile! Fortunately, the package was not stolen! Overall very pleased, apart from the UPS delivery man! The equipment arrived well packed and was ingood runnig order.
