Initially pleased with wet room. Two days later the toilet seat came adrift. Self sure arranged for a plumber to come on the Thursday ( never arrived) Said be with me Friday ( didn't arrive) Appeared Monday early ( we were still in bed) Said seat was faulty and should be replaced(then went away) our plumber attemted a repair at Self sure expense' but this didn't work either. Self sure now want £100 for a replacement seat!!As the original one was not fit for purpose, It should be replaced F.O.C. Suggest you do not use this Company

Great all round! Made the transition for my nan a little easier. She needed some supplies for her developing parkinson's, (bathroom adjustments, walking frame, scooter etc). Really friendly and understanding staff. Would recommend for those in need.

My mother needed help with finding a reliable source for a mobility scooter with her hip problems. We decided to try SelfSure and it was such an easy experience. The customer service and attention to detail of our problems and needs were outstanding. Mum loves her scooter and it’s given her the independence she wanted. I bought a mobility scooter in September 2021 for my mum, it has served her perfectly well and the service contract we took out when we bought it ensured it was checked yearly. We decided to part-exchange it in for a more heavy-duty scooter with a higher mileage. I spoke to the Mobility Scooter Specialist Lauren who helped us by sending out brochures through the post. She gave us plenty of time to look through the brochure and make sure what we were getting was the best for my mum’s requirements. Upon receiving the new scooter, we took out another service contract with them as the services are efficient and convenient. Thank you.

Fantastic service from start to finish.
I have previously had a bathroom installed for my grandparents to make life easier and it was a very easy no hassle process, never had a problem with the bathroom in the entire time it has been fitted
So recently I have been able to get them a new bed as well to help them get in and out with a bit more ease, I chose to use them again and I have no regreets
I could not recommend a better company to someone trying to help their grandparents

I reached out to self sure as my grandfather required a mobility scooter. They really took their time to understand our needs and match us up with the most suitable product. I bought a new scooter for my Grandad a couple of years ago from selfsure, he has loved every second of owning it and it is so reassuring knowing he has his independence back. Great customer service and attention to detail. I wanted to make the bathroom more accessible for my parents. Oliver and the team at Self Sure went through the different options with myself and my parents ensuring any questions were answered. We didn’t feel like we were pushed into making any decisions or extra purchases which is sometimes the worry when dealing with these types of businesses. Appalling customer service, won’t fix issues as bed kept breaking , excuse after excuse, never phone you back and tell you a load of lies when you call and never the same information and when you challenge them they don’t know what to say to you, products are not fit for purpose and sold as high quality but not, spent thousands of pounds on a electric bed that does not work, and was left with it in a sat up position for over a week.

Good company who spend time assessing your needs whether its a walking stick or easy access bathroom. My mum has purchased several products over the years and is always delighted with the service offered.

My mum got a mobility scooter from self sure and never got the chance to use the scooter saidly my mum died so I got the mobility scooter . It kept braking down so I phoned self sure and told them there come out and fixed the scooter I have not used the scooter since it been fixed has am fritend of using the scooter just in case it brakes again wish my mum had never got the scooter

Stay away from this company
When it comes to customer service warranty or faults with your machine they don’t want to know Or will not help you or rectify the problem
In fact they have put the phone down several times they cannot accept there is a problem
If your scooter goes away for repair it’s guaranteed to be damaged when it comes back they drag your scooter onto van sidewards causing damage
When trying to get through them good luck with that
Quick enough to take your money
But after sale service is rubbish
In fact criminal
If I could give zero stars I would
Do your research or buy directly from the manufacture
Please please stay away from this company
They call you a liar when the customer knows exactly what’s wrong with the machine and still they cannot except that there is a problem

They pressure people to buy new scooters but after service is disgusting
Do you like to play on the elderly and disabled to take their money and rip people off
