Items came in a jiffy bag, loose, no Selene branding on the toothbrush as per the advert from which i placed the order, no despatch note, nothing at all to say it came from Selene! It came by Evri and you can clearly see the previous delivery label, Its a Temu product!! I have emailed the customer support, i have sent a face book message, i have not had a reply to either, there is no phone number to contact them. I am disapointed in myself as i have so clearly been scammed!! They are still trading, and selling a number of products, with actual people advertising the products and leaving reviews. I should of checked here before purchasing.

I'm only giving one star as you can't give less. This "company" is a scam, fake brushes that aren't fit for purpose and give you ulcers. Luckily I paid through PayPal so have a full refund.

SCAMMM. Never received the product and they are now ghosting me on email after saying they would help. I've followed up 4 times and crickets.

I ordered 3 from the website, when they arrived 7 days later they were not branded or in the packaging shown on the website. One was damaged and they were wrapped in cheap plastic. I think you can buy the same for £1-£2 off other sites.

Package came today took longer than expected because it was being shipped from China, toothbrushes arrived in a clear plastic bag no branding literally could get these for a couple of quid off Temu

Just here to add the long list of warnings! Do not buy!! I knew I was in trouble when the package arrived without any branding on any of the packaging. The toothbrush is a joke and they do not answer your emails. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

Please keep away, if I could give no stars I would. You will receive unbranded rubbish toothbrushes in plastic bag. Looking rather dodgy.

Of course no answer to your emails. Wasted monies.

Do not waste your money with these scammers. I’d give 0 stars if that was an option! Foolishly didn’t check review sites before I purchased and like others, I have paid and have no product weeks later.
I’ll continually bombard them with customer service contact requests via the website and IG, FB etc just to annoy them as there’s nothing else that can be done.

I definitely got duped. Order is coming from overseas and no branding on product. Almost 2 weeks to arrive. Do not purchase.

I ordered a Selene nano toothbrush buy one get one free. I assumed it would be good quality because they were boxed and not cheap. They were not as advertised and arrived in a plastic bag. Also a lot smaller than the ones I have been using recently which were excellent but sadly are no longer available. Wont waste more money on postage sending them back to China and have thrown them away. Don’t buy from this company!

Had such high hope from their IG page. Took weeks to arrive & then arrived in a plastic bag, no logos, no product info or company info. Do not bother buying…

Nope. Not soft. Nowhere near as soft as regular sensitive store bought toothbrushes. Also after one brush the bristles started coming loose in my mouth. I echo the sentiments of the other poor here. Long shipping too. Avoid.

Misleading products and very disappointing experience. I ordered a Nano toothbrush and Selene V34 purple toothpaste as shown on their website, but received completely different unbranded items. The toothpaste was a different brand (EELHOE), the toothbrushes didn’t match the photos, and nothing had Selene branding. Everything arrived in generic packaging and feels like cheap drop-shipped products. Not what was advertised at all. I’ve contacted customer service requesting a refund.

It’s a scam, cheap plastic toothbrushes from China, not branded or packaged as displayed on their website, arrived in temu style plastic bags. Been had!

Sucking! Order took way longer to arrive than stated when buying,as they’ve come from China. Toothbrushes came in very cheap packaging, nothing to say what the product is and where it’s come from. Brushes look nothing like advertised!!! I paid over £16 for a buy one get 2 free and received cheap, made in a basement, 2 (not 3 as advertised) brushes. What a scam!
Contacted them but so far no reply 😂 apparently when I’ve received it, if I contact them they will give me return details and give a refund once they’ve received it back, so that’s basically my money gone 😂 don’t fall for this and if you do, please don’t use the brushes, they don’t smell like they’re good for your teeth 😬

I will NOT put these toothbrushes in my mouth! I purchased four toothbrushes and they arrived with absolutely no logo, company name, brochure, information, nothing! This is a huge red flag. I contacted the company and never received a response.

After reading another review where someone got some type of sores or something in their mouth after using the toothbrush I’m glad I didn’t use it. They’re most likely not even packaged in a clean environment.

I got a email today saying “we’re glad you like our product, please leave a review”’then the link takes you to their website to make purchases but you are unable to leave a review. The comments on social media have to be fake. I’m tired of these people stealing from us!

Selene toothpaste tablets quotes “no BS” on front of jar, but if you look at the fine print in back, contains a warning label it with sodium laurel sulfate in the ingredients. Immediately threw the tablets away. Tooth brush is soft, used once, later that day, the inside of my gums were raw and peeling as if the bristles contain something toxic in them. By next morning I had a layer of crust/ scab inside my jaw. This is a scam that can potentially cause health problems. Do not waste your money!

Company is a scam. Misrepresenting their products, it's just generic Chinese drop-shipper with no accountability. You will not get a refund for your product; they will not respond to you. Avoid.

Simply put, do not purchase anything from Selene. I purchased an electric toothbrush. The battery life is poor. The pulsation is poor. I reached out to them for a refund and they conveniently did not respond. Stay away!
