BEWARE Took forever to receive ands when it got here it was cheap junk PLASTIC not metal as.decribed and custimer.service stopped responding at this point

Charger review

First of all, the product is ingenious. No more getting "stabbed," by the charger.
It fits my phone and the stand is just great. Shipping tme was also good, took about 2 weeks to get, not bad. Thank you.

Only thing that wasn’t happy with was…

Only thing that wasn’t happy with was the amount of time it took to receive it. It seemed like it took an exorbitant amount of time to be shipped and received, but as far as the product goes so far, it has been everything that I was hoping for.

SKETCHY BUSINESS

They added shipping protection charge automatically. The item didn’t work as received. I was told to buy a part at the hardware store!! Of course they wouldn’t issue a refund or take it back. Indeed any purchase makes you a member! You MUST cancel or you’ll be charged monthly. Schlocky stuff.

We're sorry this landed where it did. Being told to source a part from a hardware store to make a product work isn't the kind of resolution that should ever be offered, and we'd like to revisit the refund request properly.

Horrible customer service and awful product

They send you an awful product then they auto enroll you into a subscription list for $29.99 a month without your consent. 0/10 recommend! They give you the option to opt out which you never opted into and then refuse a refund.
Update: they refunded me after I requested my terms of this contract I didn’t sign for my lawyer. 99% sure this company is a scam, again 0/10 recommend and they are hard to work with.

Good for charging

The charger fits right to my fit. The charging type is absolutely right. I really want to say thank you, especially for making up the type of ideally good item.

they did refund, i did say the reply time even if not what i want to hear was quick, , after this post they did agree to refund
