Scammers

Did you know this company automatically adds a month 29.99 VIP service charge after 28 days from buying your 1st product from them? Then to add salt to the wound, they added a 2.95 fee for travel protection and 2.00 for delivery (its nor free) I Paid 17.93 for a fan that worked for 5 seconds. I could've lied but it's not the way I work. I said the truth when I told them it worked and then it didn't. Never used. I am able to cancel the so call VIP program, but they don't return the money the bluntly steeled from me. They say it's clearly in the purchasing process, sure, in tiny letter that no one reads. It's called scamming costumers. Now I am stuck with a fan that I never used, and a total of $65 in charges and nothing to show for. This could've gone on, but the VIP charge was thankfully flagged by my Credit Card and here we are now.
BUYER BEWARE ON INSTAGRAM where I did my purchases. I'm not sure they get away with that crap in amazon but beware, maybe they are.

Order was easy and it came fast

Order was easy and it came fast. But the product is a little small. I was surprised at that. I haven't used it yet so I don't know how it works or if it works at all being that small I can't see I'ts power.

My order was missing parts,plus the battery life is a flat out lie. Getting in touch with someone is damn near impossible. Now the icing on the cake was nonrefundable subscription of $30.00.this company and product are a joke. Fool me once. Never again‼️

They added a privacy surcharge hidden fee!

I would not recommend them, watch out with these scammers. I purchased item and they added an unexpected 'privacy surchase' at final checkout that came out to 2x the product price. That's how they make their profits with these non refundable hidden fees! Tried canceling my order, but of course no answer. Product was not as described and wrong match. Should of purchased same item at my Dollar tree for %75 less withought the 2 week delivery time.

Placed my order back in May

Placed my order back in May, didn't get email or no other conformation other than my Credit Card statement. Poor costumer services. I had to contact the company about my order. I will never do business with them again.

Portable

Ozone time, it was fast shipping.Great price worth it.Haven't used it yet, but just everything was worth it.I spent hundreds of dollars on a bigger model.And it's not convenient.This is more convenient and portable.That's what I love about it
