Unauthorized charge for what appears to be a membership that I never agreed to or it was hidden somewhere in their link. I see numerous complaints about this. I am disputing the charge and will make note not to do business with them again.

Great product , took a long time to get here. Haven’t used it much yet, but looks like it will do a great job.

Quick, easy, decent product...

My product works fine, but was shocked to look at my bank statement and find a membership fee of 29.99 that I wasn’t aware of. Had to google to figure out where it came from. Would be nice to have that fee refunded since I didn’t voluntarily knowingly signed up for it

I love this product. Though these don't last a long time, they are more comfortable to use, as the plug in doesn't poke the person holding the phone as it charges and the phone doesn't fall when it is set down. I also do wish I had gotten the pink detachable one.

Item was received but the box was empty. Nothing in it just some packing material. Called customer support no answer. At least visa refunded my money.

They charge a monthly recurring membership fee only listed in very fine print @ checkout. There is no correspondence regarding the membership and it just shows up on your statement.

Very deceptive, attaches a VIP membership to every purchase. Ask at checkout for me to pay an additional fee for an upgraded version of the product I purchased which I did but sent me the original version without providing a refund. Buyer beware!!!!

These people are crooks. Don’t buy from them . They sent me something completely different then what was advertised and would not give me a return authorization or refund. Very dishonest Don’t waste your money.

I have multiple charging cords, but I was drawn in to this product due to the design of not having the cord sticking out in the way and being able to use the "legs" to support my phone in standing position. Nice design feature.
