Michelle in customer services was outstanding, i tried to alter my sons rather expensive presage watch and lost the collars, tried a few jewelers but to no avail, in a bit of a panic emailed Seiko and Michelle sorted no questions asked about receipts, warranty etc all Michelle requested was digits off the case so as to ensure correct collars were sent, which they were

Excellent service
I had lost the manual for an LCD watch from 1977 and couldn’t find anywhere what battery was needed. I requested the information and after a few emails, Michelle in customer services came back very quickly with a pdf of the manual and battery required. Thanks again for excellent support, battery now ordered.

Not only passed all expectations but extremely polite and helpful staff. Kept me updated through the whole process, went above & beyond which most companies won't. I would urge anyone who is purchasing a new watch no mater of cost buy SEIKO watch engineering at its best.

Needed my lovely automatic alpiniste serviced as it was gaining several minutes per week. I posted it to Seiko, they did the necessary fairly quickly and it’s now accurate to within a few seconds a week. I know a quartz does all of this better, but it’s not the same, is it. There is something ‘alive’ about a timepiece that is just ever so slightly out, it makes you care for it a little more. Anyway, servicing by Seiko is a touch more expensive than a high street dealer or web merchant, but you know they know what their doing and it’s worth they extra for the quality.

I cannot fault the service from this company. The parts needed to repair my watch were not available but they kept me informed every step of the way. Superb service and a new watch

Have a 50 year old seiko divers watch which needed the rare strap pins repaired. Superb treatment by Beverley in customer services who got my watch back to working order.

My Lorus watch is forty years old and the rear gasket has deteriorated. The manufacturer no longer carries spare parts so I have had to retire it. My son has bought me a new Lorus watch as a replacement and I’m happy to say it’s a perfect birthday present.

had a sieko for years fantastic divers watch . a few years later bought a orange monster , what pile of crap . OK benefit of the doubt tried again and bought a pepsi kenetic , only to find out in another couple of years I have to spend £170 on a capacitor . that's me done with sieko.

My 1st Seiko 'watch' and subsequently my 1st experience with Seiko the brand.

My first Calls to Seiko were answered by knowledgeable and friendly UK based staff. Then a few days later a mix-up with the Delivery (my fault) - was promptly and courteously resolved by Lawrence.

A Very Good Experience. Oh, and a lovely Watch, by the way.

Speedy uncomplicated service off the highest standards, to have had two problems with getting a watch I would normally be very angry and upset but I have faith and enjoy the level of help given by all at this company. My new Seiko Prospex Divers watch runs 30 min fast per day
I have taken it back to Seiko service center 4 times yet they cannot repair it and will not replace it

I sent in my grand seiko for service and although you have skeptical thoughts on how they are going to treat my baby I could not have been more wrong, brilliant communication (thanks Hazel) and absolutely outstanding craftsmanship, you can tell they take extreme pleasure on working on these pieces of art,
if you havent got a grand seiko yet then i advise you to get one, when service time is due then send it to the great team at seiko uk! thanks again team for the exellent service, you are all a credit to seiko uk!

Seiko were excellent from first call to after sales. Watch repaired and returned in very good time. Very easy to contact, they explained in detail what needed doing. Highly recommended with a 5* service.

Hele mooie afwerking en mooie techniek onder het horloge met een karakteristieke geschiedenis. Maar toch voor een redelijk normale prijs, waar het bij rolex de pan uit schiet.

Meine Seiko Titanium ist eine wunderschöne schlichte Uhr die im Design einigen Modellen der Grand Seiko zum verwechselt ähnlich ist. Titan war mir da wichtiger als das Quarzwerk , das kann ich verkraften auch noch eine Seiko 5 im gleichen Designs in Planung ist.
Manko ist das etwas empfindlich Band, gerade am Verschluss und die etwas schwache Nachleuchtkraft der Anzeige (15 Minuten). Dafür gibts andere Marken die auch wieder vor und Nachteile aufweisen.
Ne Prospex mit Kompasslünette würde mich noch interessieren, doch ich bin mir nicht sicher ob die an meinem Arm nicht zu fett aufträgt, ich muss sie mir mal im Laden ansehen…

Warranty was not honoured. Bought a Willard from an AD in November 21.

Wore the watch like a normal human and did not drop it. Developed an issue with running fast and the rep at the AD said it was covered by warranty not to worry.

Sent off to Seiko via AD and lo and behold I had apparently knocked it and the balancing spring was out (this in my view is unprovable, my word against theirs). Required full service with no discourse. My AD refused to let me talk directly to Seiko. Service cost me £300.

Appalling service, was planning to get a Grand Seiko but no way with this experience.

Essentially I feel as if by wearing my watch I invalidated my warranty. If I kept it in box it may have been ok.

Returned my seiko divers watch under the two year warranty as it was gaining time two to three minutes a week.
Was returned to me within three weeks working perfectly and keeping excellent time.
Very pleased with this service and will in future send all my Seiko watches there .
