I have used the Seiko Service centre a number of times, but this was the first service of my Grand Seiko spring drive.

As always, the customer service was excellent and my watch was returned quickly and safely.

I wouldn’t use anyone else to service any of my Seiko watches.

I had a fall recently and damaged the bracelet of my Seiko watch. I contacted their Maidenhead office and a charming lady called Hazel was able to confirm they had one in stock. I confirmed the order and the item was dispatched. At all times the service was helpful, friendly and efficient.

My wife bought me a Seiko watch for Christmas. It is a very nice looking watch, but it persistently loses time. We returned it twice. The first time it was said to have been fixed. The second time, we were told it was within the expected parameters, even though it continues to lose time.
So my advice would be that you could consider Seiko if you are looking for a piece of jewellery for your wrist, but if you are looking for something which will tell the time accurately, go elsewhere.

Seiko's customer service team did an excellent job servicing my 34 year old SQ100 watch, a present from my wife.
Kept well informed through their personal account site.

Although they are unable to service or repair my particular watch, their response to my inquiry was prompt and included helpful information and other contacts. Excellent customer service, thank you

I have recently had a few interactions with Seiko Service Centre in the UK. Each person I have spoken to on the phone has been very polite, friendly and helpful. The price estimates initially were spot on and very fair. The actual service done on the watch was done in the time expected and to a great level. This isn't the first time I've dealt with Seiko service centre either and I had a similar experience previously also. They definitely made me feel looked after and that my watch was in good hands.

Made contact with Hazel and the Seiko service team to get a replacement strap for my Limited edition Seiko. They replied very quickly to confirm they had what I needed and followed up with a phone call. Strap was with me in a couple days. Fantastic service and will use again.

I sent my Seiko Divers watch for repair to the service centre. I received no acknowledgement of receipt (luckily I had proof of delivery), so I emailed to enquire about progress. No reply. Finally I telephoned, to be told in a very offhand way that the work would take 4 to 6 weeks and that they would contact me for payment when ready. Now just under 6 weeks since the watch was delivered to them & still no communication. Rubbish, pathetic customer service.

Very prompt with a response to my email didn’t have to spend a penny on collars and pins for my turtle great job seiko and the customer service team.

Excellent professional customer service to service a very old Seilko Divers watch.
It now works perfectly and was much cheaper to repair than a local 'specialist'. They have then subsequently fixed a small problem under warranty, quickly and with no complaints.
Michelle has been very helpful and professional.

I have a Lorus Kinetic watch that has suddenly started to run slowly, I contacted Seiko to see if there was a recommended repairer & I got this reply-
Thank you for your email.

We are unable to recommend a repairer, I would suggest you take it to an independent repairer in your area who should be able to help you.

As useful as a chocolate teapot, complete waste of time contacting them

I sent my Grand Seiko quartz watch to the Seiko repair and servicing centre in Maidenhead and was delighted with the quality of customer service that I received!

Sending such an expensive timepiece via post was a bit of a worry, but Seiko called me to advise that they had received it and called me again to advise of the progress of the watch!

Unfortunately, Seiko were let down by their chosen courier, DPD, who failed to collect my watch from them on the Wednesday, delaying return of the watch by one day!

Then, DPD missed their allocated hour delivery slot on the Friday by four hours.

This is, of course, out of Seiko's hands, who ultimately provided me with an outstanding service!

Bought the Arnie got taken in by the story and on arrival it looked the BIZ ...
4 Days it stopped hands stopped moving no digital info ... tried to reset it NOTHING ...
Went back to the shop and sent it off to Seiko UK 🇬🇧 ... After 2 weeks I got truly hacked off so the shop got me another brand new one ... GREAT ... 2 days later it reset itself and I was late for work as the alarm stopped ... then after setting the DATE TIME YEAR ALARM etc it kept resetting itself for over a week ... I got very good at setting it but now I've sent it back for a FULL REFUND ...
Seiko why are you sending out CRAP QUALITY WATCHS ... Seiko UK 🇬🇧 apparently still have my first watch ... so no rush to fix it ...

Very pleased that Seiko were able to repair the pin on my Seiko watch so quickly.
Hope I don’t need to contact the repair shop again.
If I do I am assured that the customer service is excellent.
