Avoid Avoid Avoid. SE glass & glazing is not a company that makes windows but a middleman, and in our experience a dishonest, unreliable and incompetent one. The lead time of 2 weeks we were given turned out to be 4 months. Rather than owning up, Oscar (incorrectly) said "they'll arrive next week", a charade that went on for several weeks beforethe windows finally came. He didn't answer my messages or calls when our whole building project was waiting on the delivery of the windows we had been promised months earlier and paid for in full on that understanding. We asked him for small details about the windows, which he got wrong as he doesn't really know much about the product he is selling. The installers were day labourers who knew little about what they were doing and installed the windows on an angle. Worryingly, the fensa certificate took a year to come through, only after i once again persistently messaged. I don't normally give bad reviews but can't stress enough how awful Oscar and south east glazing were to deal with. With hindsight I understand how important it is to go with a company that actually makes the windows and not just a shady middleman like this.
