Don't trust the so-called free data service on seeek.co. In March, I paid to skip the waiting period, but the eSIM could only use 500MB of data before becoming unusable. I tried multiple times to contact customer service through messages and emails but received no response. Additionally, the website tells new users that they will get more free data if they leave positive reviews, but this is just to lure more people into paying.

I am very happy to have found this ESIM. The support is excellent and the network quality very good. The idea behind it is surely very noble to be able to bring communication to each part of the globe I hope it stays that way!

*** Update 22/04/2024 - the esim stopped working and support now don't respond to chat or emails. It was great until it stopped working.

Works supprising well. I had paid the 6 bucks fee to skip the waiting line. After talking with the support via chat they could help me because the skip would not work at the first time. they fixed it. nice support. Datarates are nice.

Good product and good customer service. Site was a bit slow.

Very good for a free eSIM.
Provision takes longer sometimes though.
It could use an app and/or a faster loading dashboard but nothing to complain about for the price. :)

Amazing offering, especially if you are travelling abroad and out of your "free roaming" homezone a lot. The support could be a little faster but overall I’m super satisfied!

Soweit ein "interessantes" Erlebnis. Angemeldet, 6$ gezahlt und nach einem kurzen Chat mit dem Support war die eSim verfügbar. Diese ließ sich auch sofort einsetzen und roamt im o2 Netz. Daher volle o2 5G Performance.

Wenn es so bleibt eine absolute Empfehlung!

I got the QR code for the ESIM about 10 minutes after skipping the line and I was able to set it up straight away without any problems. I also used the support, they are nice and fast.

Seek cashed in the first weeks and now doesn’t respond anymore. We got scammed!

Signed up, paid for the "skip the queue" package and even though it didn't immediately work (due to the giant amount of orders, offer was posted on a discount site), the support was super helpful and activated my sim within the day. Made a small mistake of activating it on a wrong device and again the support was super quick to respond and issued me a new esim. Very satisfied with the service!

I can't help but express my satisfaction with the customer support provided by Seeek. From the outset, I was surprised to find that there were no automated chatbots delaying my queries. Instead, I was greeted with genuine human assistance, ready to address any concerns I had promptly. The product itself is remarkably intuitive, requiring little explanation. It's an esim for mobile data. However, like with any new system, there were a few minor hiccups setting up my esim. They swiftly tackled any challenges I encountered and I was able to use the service in no time after contacting customer support.
