Brilliant service
I switched to See It 3D a few years ago and the tech . support and advice James gives remains fantastic - there seems to be nothing he doesn’t know about SketchUp and plugins and CAD in general.

I've been using Seeit3D for several years and they've consistently been excellent. They handled my initial training course, which was clear and really helped me get started. More recently, I had an issue after renewing my subscription, and they were quick to help — responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. I've worked with James for around 8 years now since I started using SketchUp, he always fixes any issues quickly and with no fuss. I couldn't get signed in on a new computer today and he walked me through every step until it was sorted. Also, I'm always kept up to date with upgrades, webinars etc.

Ive been dealing with James for my Sketchup Pro software for several years now and he always gives a fast and helpful response to any issues I have . Last year he even answered my call at 5.30pm on Christmas Eve ! You cant get a better service than that . Highly recommended

I Can’t recommend See It 3D enough. I had an issue with Trimble Connect linking to my SketchUp account. James was able to work through the problem with me to reach a solution. Trimble Connect isn’t the easiest program to pick up as it requires you to read up on a lot of documentation from Trimble to figure out how to use it. James was so helpful, and even worked through a practical example with me.

James and indeed SEE-IT-3D were quick to respond and this is crucial when you need answers and there is a deadline looming
I purchased the ArchlineXP LT 2022 version after a trial of both the Pro and LT versions and had technical issues with running both the Pro trial version of the software and the Perpetual LT version on the same PC. Despite this being an ArchlineXP issue, James was quick and timely with his responses and communication with ArchlineXP. Even if it was out of hours, he was still coming back with responses. His friendly and helpful approach to solving issues demonstrates he genuinely cares.

I would like to say an extremely big thankyou to James who recently assisted my daughter with a MAJOR Sketchup software disaster. He was professional and extremely patient and gave a step by step guidance tutorial in order to initially analyze the problems we were experiencing.
I was so impressed in the fact that he was so dedicated to help resolve our problems, that he even assisted out of working hours to do so.
To conclude, James was able to resolve all our technical problems and provided knowledge that we can take forward to ensure that the same issues do not re-occur.
I will definitely recommend the services of See-It 3D to friends, family and anyone that have the same type of issues we experienced.
