During the fifteen or so years I’ve been with SecuriCare they have never let me down, the call centre staff are knowledgable on the products and understanding of my needs.
The only real problem is with their courier DPD who sometimes just dump the parcel over my gates and don’t advise me.

Always deliver on time effectively and efficiently.

Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, they can offer advice on products when I need it and will send samples when there's a product that could be useful for me. I receive regular calls to check that I don't run out of supplies and am kept informed on delivery timescales.

All it took was a quick phone call to get the desired outcome so I mean I can’t fault it at all , as it was handled professionally and efficiently

Very friendly staff who contact me on a regular basis to check if I need to order. Never rush me and remind me of any item/s I might have forgotten.

Always take the time to contact me when they think my supplies may be running low. They then contact my GP to order the prescription. I don't have to make any effort at all. The supplies are always in stock and always delivered when they say they will be delivered

Securicare is always very good service if you call them on the phone they are polite and helpful and always check if you want your delivery at short notice
The only thing I can say with negativity is I don't get a message when my parcel is going to be delivered but I think it is the delivery company rather than Securicare

Friendly staff when communicating with me. Fast postage. Everything I ended was in the parcel. Anything wrong was righted very quickly. What more do I want?
