Recovery of my device was excellent! I got back every single thing I needed!! This saved my business! It's not cheap, but it's worth the investment and wait time if you are really wanting your business/life/projects. I would recommend them to anyone needing data recovery.

Service Data Recovery provided top-notch service in helping me recover files on a corrupted flash drive. Chris, my rep, spent time talking me through the process and was quick to send me links and emails on how to get the flash drive over to them. They kindly offered their services free of charge when they didn't know if they could recover all my files. Really appreciated the speed at which they operated and Chris' guidance. My hard drive would not work and I paid around 500 to have some IT guy tell me that he can't do anything about it. But Secure Data Recovery has a free service to look over what the problem is. Yes, ultimately it cost double the amount of the first consultation but it's the only one that mattered because I was able to retrieve four years of photos!! Wish I had gone with Secure Data Recovery first. My rep was Chris and he was very dependable and responsive. My husband was the person that initiated contact with Chris but since my husband works the night shift, it became tough for my husband to remain on top of things. But Chris was very dependable and would check in on our request. Bottom line: go with them first.

Great results all the way around. My dead hard drive was brought back to life by these experts. I love their web portal where you can check the status of your account at any time. The payment plan option is also phenomenal. I'm hoping to never have to use them again but, if I do, I won't hesitate. Jeremy was great to work with as a customer rep.

After calling around to several places, I decided to go with SDR based on the quality of their clean room and reviews like these. I NEVER write reviews, so this should tell you how much I enjoyed their service. I worked with Chris, and we kept in contact almost daily. One thing I really appreciated about this place is that I could get a hold of the guy working on my case at any time. Also, there are updates posted online. I know they couldn't guarantee anything, even along the way, but I knew they had the best chance out of any company for getting my data back. Not only did I get my data back, but it is still in the exact same file structure as it was on my external hard drive that crashed! I'm so ashamed that I needed to use the services of Secure Data Recovery. I know better. I really do! I had a backup in place and when my primary hard drive failed I neglected to copy the backup data to my primary hard drive after I replaced it to restore the backup system. Fast forward 6 months and the backup failed. Every photograph ever taken of my 12 and 10 yr olds was on that drive. Their lives flashed before my eyes. I called several companies for information in a blind panic. Local guys swore they could help me until I told them I'd already tried putting the drive in an enclosure and the drive still made clicking noises and couldn't be read. They weren't very helpful after that. Once I realized I needed a serious recovery solution I started calling and speaking to customer service reps at various companies. I rejected 3 based on how they treated me and my level of knowledge and their lack of concern for what was at stake. When I called Secure Data Recovery, I spoke with Jeremy Provchy who I feel confident has been through some training on how to deal with people in crisis. He was kind, respected my level of knowledge of computers, reassured me as much as he could that my data was recoverable as long as I didn't try "too many times" to read the data. (Confession time: 5 times wasn't too many) When I got the notification that data was going to be recoverable, I called him and he once again assured me that barring any bad sectors everything would be OK. They took my drive apart and it got the full clean room treatment. In the end, my 1T hard drive was nearly completely restored. I lost 4 files that were backups of movies my kids destroyed on a regular basis when they were very small. Most importantly, every picture and video was restored. Was it cheap? No. Was it worth it? Absolutely. Do I now have a 4 tiered backup system in place? You bet your life. Thank you Jeremy for being so great at what you do! My kids will have memories to look back on because of you. That's priceless.
