Stay away!

Really (really) bad practices. Like one accordion per question. Very unprofessional / unusable.

Your details are shared as well since I’m getting emails from other addons all of a sudden.

Stripe payment not showing so I’ll have to apply for a new creditcard.

No response to emails.

Stay away is my advice.

- A faq with a new nestable element per container is not best practice. By far. Unusable and bad practice.

The sections are dope. Clean and just what I needed. Support is responsive too. Good work from this team.

Great and clean templates! Easy import handling, very nicely built! A little square space feeling ;-) Thanks folks, helped me save a lot of time so far.

I was initially impressed with the templates—they look professional and well-designed. However, my overall experience was disappointing due to several key issues:

Support Responsiveness: When I encountered problems, the support team was either unhelpful or didn’t respond at all. This made resolving issues unnecessarily frustrating.

One-Time Package Limitations: I purchased the one-time package, which provides only a single day of downloading access to the templates. If you miss that narrow window, you lose access entirely. This feels restrictive and doesn’t match expectations for a one-time payment.

Failed Workaround: After I raised my concern about the limited access, I requested a solution. They sent a WeTransfer link, but unfortunately, the link didn’t work. When I reached out again for a functional link, I received no response.

Unreasonable Restrictions: While I understand that a one-time package doesn’t include ongoing access to the website, it seems reasonable to expect flexible downloading options. Limiting access to just one day feels unnecessarily harsh.

Conclusion: While the templates themselves are well-designed, the lack of reliable support and restrictive access policies make it hard to recommend. I’d suggest the company re-evaluate its policies to provide a more user-friendly experience for paying customers.

It was very easy to create a site with sections. I didn't need any support. How to videos were enough.

This section and template library has been a huge time saver for me! It allows me to quickly prototype pages for my clients, saving me so much time.

I did experience some issues when importing the sections, but it turned out the problem was due to a recent Elementor update. The Section.express support team was incredibly responsive and quick to help resolve it.

Section.express team was quick to respond and gave clear instructions. This made it much easier for me to figure out where things went wrong while building the website.

As reported by the negative review just before mine, the template file I was trying to use for my website states "Invalid template type..". I reported this to "customer service" and just like the other customer, I was accused of lying. Make no mistake, this "company" is really just some guy denying refunds on his faulty product and blaming the customer instead of fixing the issues with his product. An actual customer service agent would provide their name and refund the money for a product that doesn't work instead of claiming the refund policy is stated in their Terms of Use (it actually isn't).
The whole point of this purchase was to save time but I've instead wasted it going back and forth with this guy. He actually requested my login credentials. Very professional. Now let's wait for another foolish response.

Section Express offers a great product with excellent customer service. Their templates are all well designed and work perfectly on every Elementor install I've tried them on. I highly recommend Section Express.

Wide variety of elementor templates. This is great for prototyping and getting ideas. Developing new pages is very easy with this tool. I really like it.
I also had a question related to portfolio's. And I got an answer within a day!
So definitely a 5 star from me! keep it up!

I'm not sure what's with the negative reviews here. I've owned and operated an agency for the last 13 years and holy crap! I've experienced every kind of web designer and many of them are not consistent, which can be frustrating. A lot of the templates you can get from places like Theme Forest are customized and you can't always rely on the developers to keep them updated. Section Express allows you to prototype and build beautiful sites in a FRACTION of the time with zero hassle or dependencies It's brilliant and I am grateful to have it in my tool kit.

I had an underlying problem with my website when i downloaded Section Express templates, with my site porto & Elementor which were causing a conflict with each other.
Section Express looked into this for me with a very quick service and really helped me out, they sent the last email to me at 7pm wow, in this day & age,

Great concept for fast prototyping. I had to migrate from WPBakery to Elementor with the current content on my website. Loading speed is fast, and it’s easy to customize after importing (tutorials are very simple and quick to understand). In my case, I deleted the template I had purchased a few years ago and installed Elementor Pro's "Hello Elementor," and everything works fine.

One of the game changers is the responsive design, which is always a struggle. Just pick what you need, customize it, and run a few tests. It works like a charm.

OK to be fair to the vendor I am going to re-edit my review. I did waste my money because the templates don't work unless you change overall elementor settings that break the rest of my website, and this wasn't disclosed before purchase, so buyer beware. The videos that show what to do are very poor resolution and no sound so it's hard to see what's going on. The prototyper on their website makes it look easy but it's not at all easy once in Elementor. I spent hours just trying to insert the menus into their headers, the headers wouldn't pull in menus. (Vendor did eventually provide a fix but it took the original negative review to get a response.) When you import the headers, none of the headers include menus and it's impossible to insert the menus the way the headers are shown. This is a product with great potential but IMHO it's not really fully baked. Vendor did not respond to my refund requests, so make sure the templates will work for you before buying, otherwise you'll end up in my situation.
