This is a fantastic vacuum cleaner. I have tried many over the years and have been so pleased with them initially and then more disappointed as time has gone on. Mainly due to them becoming blocked, difficult to clean and loss of suction. I love that my Sebo cleaner is corded and therefore maintains the same level of suction at all times and doesn't lose power. I love that the dirt is bagged and therefore completely mess free to empty. One bag lasts a very long time! I love that there is no dusty smell when cleaning so my home remains smelling fresh and clean. I love all the tools that it comes with and how they are kept on the vacuum so are easy to find when required. I will definitely be recommending Sebo to family and friends.

I had an upright Sebo that was fantastic, a reliable, very efficient and effective vacuum cleaner. When, after over 20 years of service, cleaning up after 2 children growing up, 2 cats and a dog and various DIY projects it finally gave up, I researched cylinder vacuum cleaners as I decided I now needed a lighter weight cleaner. I decided on another Sebo, the E Belt Pet, as I now have my grandchildren's dog to stay when they go on holiday.
It is brilliant and fulfils all my criteria. I wanted a cleaner that was light, easy to carry up and down stairs, easy to switch between vacuuming hard wooden flooring and carpet, also easy to reach under beds, settees and tables. It is easy to switch between different heads. Altogether a well designed, hard working, light weight, easy to use vacuum cleaner that makes cleaning less of a chore. It is worth the extra money and also worth bearing in mind that Sebo specialise in vacuum cleaners. Excellent service for mail order supply of bags and accessories, very quick. Also, when I have had a query, you can actually talk to someone at Sebo who knows the product !!!
I have kept my old upright as it only needs a new motor and someone in the family may need it in the future.

I have had my Sebo Airbelt D2 for some 8 years now and it is refreshing to have a product that has proven extremely reliable throughout this time. To many items these days do not seem to be produced with longevity in mind ! The only item on my hoover that I replaced after 5 years was the hose. Unfortunately more recently, the hose has started to unclip from the telescopic attachment. I could probably resolve this issue by purchasing replacement parts though in view of the cost am now considering replacing my much trusted faithful. I guess my only reservation is whether the newer vacuums will be as effective at the lower wattage compared to the 2100w of my Airbelt. In conclusion a great manufacturer of reliable products built for longevity.

For once, a hoover that does exactly what it said it would do unlike all the others we have had over 35 years. Would recommend them/it to anyone.

I have had a Sebo vacuum cleaner for over 10 years. It is robust and effective, even with pet hairs. Routine maintenance is easy. Sebo parts & bags are despatched quickly and efficiently.

Sebo are an amazing company to deal with, nothing is too much trouble. There to help and advise for whatever. I love my sebo X7 it’s best Hoover I have ever had. It is amazing, after just a week my carpets feel softer, and look cleaner, can’t believe it. And the light, I know a small detail on a hoover, but makes a big difference and the little details matter. Thank you sebo, can we have a cordless please xx

Ordered my filters on line and a couple of days later I received them, no fuss, what you expect ( or hope ) will happen. So I will definitely be using them again when I need more consumables.

I have a SEBO E1 Pet and can't recommend it enough! The suction is amazing, it's very light and easy to use with lots of handly attachments. My cat malts a lot, this is no problem for the E1, it effortlessly gets rid of all the fur from the carpets, furniture and hard floors which I have downstairs. It cleans edge to edge and the bumper system is a lifesaver, stops my walls and furniture from getting marked. The bag is so hygienic, you don't need to worry about dust clouds or anything escaping back into your home or cleaning out a canister. The bag is easy to remove, you then just put the cap on and dispose of, it's simple as that.

So... my first Sebo vacuum cleaner inspired me to write my first ever review online and I raved about how great it was: my daughter and I both had very long hair and found other vacuums would roll this around on the carpet and not pick it up, not the Volcano! It was great.
Roll forward about 8 years - my old Sebo went up in a puff of black smoke. Booo. It would be well over £100 to repair it so it was sadly consigned to the tip, a real pity as I had every accessory possible for it.
I then purchased an Airbelt K1 Komfort ePower
Wow not even in the same league. It is rubbish!!
My hair is now really short (and my daughter has left home), so the hair on the carpet should be no problem, right?
Wrong. It gathers it all at the floor brush, then just rolls it backwards and forwards without enough suction to lift it off the carpet.
Frustratingly I have to detach the floor brush and bend down and manually vacuum the ball of hair off the carpet with the hose (minus the brush head).
I took a little video of this, but nowhere to post it on here.
Such a disappointment, especially after my first fantastic "brush" with Sebo.
I wouldn't recommend Sebo.

I have had a Sebo vacuum cleaner for over 20 years, and it is still the most reliable and efficient cleaner ever. But, this morning, it started cutting out while using it. I called Sebo UK Customer Service, who listened to the cleaner over the phone, and suggested a couple of things to try. She then diagnosed a faulty cable connection and said that she would send an email with full details of how to solve this. The alternative would be to buy a new handle and flex at just under £50. Fantastic service, fantastic machine, and lovely lady! We will try fixing the cable, but quite honestly, £50 to get another few years is nothing compared to paying out on other appliances that last a couple of years if you’re lucky
