This was a lot more historic and factual based that anticipated which I absolutely loved since I got a chance to learn more about the city

Sinister Sins, Scandal, and Shadows: Seattle Ghost Tour
This tour was informative and fun. Zach, the tour guide gave a good account of the crime stories that lace Seattle’s history and evoked real curiosity from our small group. I would recommend this tour and even more exploration after. I’m not afraid of ghosts but that Gum Wall was pretty scary!

We are not in the business of scamming anyone, and as you can see from our other reviews, we are a reputable tour company with a lot of great feedback from guests. This tour did operate as scheduled with other guests in attendance, so we aren't sure what happened here. That being said, it's unfortunate to hear of this situation and we understand your frustration. We see that you have been refunded by Viator, so we are glad this issue has been resolved. I enjoyed my Seattle Ghost Tour with Rob. Even as a local, I learned a lot about Seattle's history from the darker side. We had a nice group with good interactions. I could hear Rob's stories well. It was interesting to get this perspective and enjoyed the storytelling. I would definitely recommend this tour for both locals and tourists. It was fun to reconnect with Seattle and Pike Place Market in a whole new spooky way. Thanks!

This Seattle coffee tour was so fun and informative! I would recommend it to both locals and visitors. I enjoyed going around to the local coffee spots in and around Pike Place Market and trying their coffee! I learned so much of the history of coffee and Seattle's imprint on the coffee culture we know and love today. Our guide Zack knew so many facts about coffee and Pike Place Market and that kept the tour interesting.

David was great and very knowledgeable of Seattle, its history and of course, it's ghostly history! My wife and I were the only ones on the tour so it was a very personalized experience and I feel we got more out of it! Overall a great time and David gave us some great advice on where to go while we were still in town! Thanks!

A+++ customer service
The weather for my groups Seattle ghost tour was rain, rain and more rain. The operator has a rain or shine policy. When my group decided not to go in the rain Seattle Terrors agreed to let us reschedule in order to accommodate us. A company willing to work with a customer is often rare in this day and age. But not Seattle Terrors.

Tour Guide was Awesome!
My tour guide, Gavin Cummins, was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the tour. I loved the way he was able to answer all the questions and was honest if he did not know something off the top of his head. Such a great tour guide! The places we went to were so interesting and the backstory of everything was horrifyingly beautiful.. if you get my drift :) I think that the tour would be amazing to have around 6, so that it is a possibility to go into one of the places that was mentioned!
