Searchability have provided an excellent service with their dedicated team member, Daniel. They have made the process of finding and changing jobs as simple as possible whilst best representing my skills to achieve a great outcome.

Where to begin? James first reached out to me out of the blue regarding a potential opportunity, which I had seen a little late. Once I responded, he immediately asked me if I was available for a call; if not, when would be a good time?

With no more time wasted, we got into a call, we got to know each other, and he told me about the role. He went into the call clearly knowing what a Combat Designer does, and what the studio was looking for. took him very little time to understand that I was a truly potential fit for the role.

Fast-forward, James BLITZED through the whole process, got me 3 interviews in the span of a week (because I had just been laid off; my schedule was wide open) - all while being incredibly transparent & also helped a TON with the preparation. Not only that, he was able to really help me manage my imposter's syndrome; especially considering the fact that I was competing with people of many, many more years of experience than myself.

I was never left hanging and even when there weren't any news, he told me there weren't. Whenever he said he'd get a follow-up at x time, he did.

The level of professionalism, efficiency, quality of preparation, and support I've received from Mr. Roberts has been nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL.

I'm not just saying this because he got me a job... I say this because he's literally my first true positive experience with a recruiter. I'm used to being ghosted. But not James: James goes the extra mile, keeps his clients updated, helps us get prepared, vouches for us, and really does what a recruiter should be doing and beyond, with a major S+ level of quality.

The communications were good and I got frequent updates. The first call was a bit weird, though. They asked me what companies I already interviewed for, so he can find other companies. Then, they asked me not to disclose the name of those companies to other recruiters. So why did they ask if disclosing this is bad? They told me “it was a test” 🤔 I wasn't sure I could trust a person who’s not being upfront. They said other recruiters may have other candidates so if I tell them the name of the companies it works against me. But they could be doing the same.
