Απαράδεκτη εταιρία !!!Ειχαμε κλείσει εισιτήρια (αξίας 500€) ένα μήνα πριν και μια εβδομάδα πριν το ταξίδι μας στέλνουν ένα μήνυμα και μας λένε ότι από 9:00 το πρωί το πλοίο θα ξεκινήσει 16:00 ,έτσι απλά …δεν τους νοιάζει αν επιλέξαμε να ταξιδέψουμε με αυτό το δρομολόγιο επειδή είχαμε δουλειά και έπρεπε να βρισκόμαστε συγκεκριμένη ώρα …εννοείται δεν την ξανά επιλέγουμε και εννοείται ότι θα ενημερώνουμε και τους πελάτες μας να την αποφεύγουν !!!!!

The overpriced company strikes again...On our way to Piraeus today (5/8/24), we received a notification that our trip will be delayed from 9.30 am to (possibly) 15.50 pm, due to technical reasons. No information about customer service provisions or compensation by text, mail or on their website, no one to speak to at Seajets (they don't pick up the phone)...Just left us stranded. The company had been sending us multiple notification texts about change of vessels, changes in return trip times etc since mid-July, i.e. 2 weeks before our day of travel, which had already filled us with insecurity about our upcoming trip. My conclusion, conclusion 1, is that SeaJets is not a trustworthy company. A second conclusion, coming out after reading all reviews here, is that we as consumers have rights, and are responsible for claiming them. So after you finally manage to contact SeaJets, trying - in vain - to resolve the pain they have caused you, you can talk to your national consumer protection authorities (Συνήγορος του Καταναλωτή in Greece), and try sorting things out there. If this does not work, try resolving the issue through the European Small Claims Procedure. What I am getting at here is that this is 21st century Europe, so there are plenty of means to confront the ineffectiveness and audacity of companies such as "SeaJets". Wishing happy holidays to all.

Nos adelantaron el horario del ferry una hora antes y después de cancelar los planes que teníamos para adaptarnos la nuevo horario, llegamos la puerto y nos mandaron otro sms que nuestro ferry había cambiado de nuevo y era 2 horas más tarde, es decir una hora más tarde aún de la que contratamos, supuestamente el cambio fue por inclemencias del tiempo... Pero estuvimos en el puerto y zarpó un ferry de esa misma compañía a la hora que teníamos contratada...
Un ENGAÑO TOTAL...
No entiendo porqué si contrato un servicio, un transporte a una hora adecuada para mi itinerario me tengan que cambiar el horario a su antojo... UNA VERGUENZA...

Déplorable traité comme du bétail, en plus les trajets sont hors de prix!!!! 98 euro par personne pour Milos Santorin, c'est vraiment honteux !!!!! Le trajet ne vaut pas ce prix-là, c'est hyper cher pour ce que c'est.... très déçue et mécontent du seevice

My trip took instead of 4 hours 20 mins took more than 8 hrs from Crete to Paros !!! My seat was double booked and was given to someone else !!! And no reimbursement or any drink or anything for the trouble !!!

Everything went wrong for me too and the worst, after a 2 hours delay, were treated as pigs walking to the slaughter when boarding the ship.
I will never use Seajets again although a Greek citizen.
Pleasantly surprised!
We were unsure what to expect given so many negative reviews, but we had a great experience travelling from Santorini to Paros. The boat was delayed by around 15 mins but everything moved extremely swiftly once it arrived, and the trip was great. Staff friendly, seats super comfy (we did pay to upgrade) and nice to head up to top deck to get some air. I guess we were probably extremely lucky given so many negative reviews, but I’d definitely use Seajets again!
They are horrible
They are horrible. They charged us high price to get us there fast and they were 3 hours late each way. On the way back we missed our flight and had to pay more charges and the company only gave us 20 EUROS back. Absolute scammers - I wonder how they operate.
Their customer service on board is absolutely horrible vs their very friendly marketing activities...which is far from reality. Absolutely disgusting service and for me they should be under some serious control. If you cannot deliver the pricy tickets then don't sell them, otherwise there has to be consequences.
Sehr angenehm und unkompliziert !
Ich bin im Juli 2024 3x mit Seajet gefahren. Von Piräus nach Serifos (Champion Jet 2), von Serifos nach Milos(Champion Jet 2) und von Milos zurück nach Piräus (Superrunner Jet 2).
2 Fahrten davon waren in der Platinum-Kategorie und eine Fahrt in der Silver Kategorie. Alle drei Fahrten waren pünktlich, unkompliziert und generell sehr angenehm. Die Fahrt mit dem Superrunner Jet 2 war unruhiger und wackeliger als die beiden Fahrten mit dem Champion Jet 2.
Die Gepäckaufbewahrung an Board war relativ einfach. Man hat, bevor man aussteigt genügend Zeit seine Koffer zu holen und zum Ausgang zu gehen.
Bei allen Fahrten war es möglich den Aussenbereich zu nutzen.
Eine Fahrt wurde 2 Wochen vorher storniert, Rückerstattung wurde umgehend veranlasst und die Umbuchung war schnell und unkompliziert.
Ich kann Seajet mit guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Für mich waren es sehr angenehme Fahren um schnell von einer Insel zur nächsten zu kommen.

Les passagers sont vraiment traités comme du bétail. Aucune amabilité. Dans les bureauxs à terre, les hôtesses ou hôtes sont tout aussi désagréables, sans raison, même qd ils ne sont absolument pas débordés. En voiture on vous hurle dessus pour vous faire garer au bon endroit.
Je ne comprends pas cet état d'esprit déplorable. Peut-être sont-ils sous-payés?...

Poor Service. Low rating
I travelled with them with the vessel Superrunner from the port of Rafina towards Mykonos, on Saturday afternoon the 13th of July. My impressions: 1. The vessel arrived in Rafina late. 2 The loading of passengers and cars was hurried. 3. The staff supervising the car stowing was below what was required causing loading delays. 4. The vessel itself was at best "tired". The interiors were well below its competition. The level of seat comfort was poor. 5. The vessel arrived late at its Mykonos destination. 6. The price for the seat and a car was 150 euros, which was above its faster competitors. Overall, the equilibrium between timeliness, comfort and price was very poor. I will travel with Seajets again, in emergencies only. In every other time, I will give them a miss. Avoid.

Ferry should have been delayed due to the strong winds
It was an extremely windy day in Sifnos and was advised that our Seajets 2 ferry will be proceeding despite the strong winds and high waves. We were leaving Sifnos and heading to Athens for a 2.5 hr ride. So on the ferry we went. The ferry took off before everyone was seated. the ride was horrible and people who did not get to their seats were falling and holding on to the railings for dear life. Some were on the floor puking. Everyone was terrified . Bottles were falling off the shelves in the cafe. It was a disaster. I fell on the floor and scraped my leg badly. It was the absolute worst ride in my life. I am not sure how they get away with. If everyone was seated before the ferry took off then all injuries would have been prevented.

Ακόμα μια ακτοπλοϊκή εταιρία με παλιό στόλο σε μέρη που δεν βγάζει αρκετά κέρδη (Σποράδες) , αλλάζοντας δρομολόγια και πλοία (εξαφανίζοντας το seajet Naxos)μέσα στην σεζόν , την οποία (σεζόν) αποφασίζει αφού δεν υπάρχει και κανένας κρατικός έλεγχος, να την μικρύνει σε 3 μήνες (Ιούνιο Ιούλιο Αύγουστο)
Champion Jet is good!
Adding my review after seeing all the others, getting scared it would be awful, then booking the Champion Jet. We had a completely fine experience going from Athens to Milos and back. The swaying was a 3/10, no one was sick, everything was on time and efficient. The port is easy to find, air con was good, there is food on board. I would say that we saw the speedrunners and they looked fine, smaller boats, but hundreds of people were getting on them and in the good weather they looked ok. Glad I got the champion jet though, good luck!
