These guys are super responsive and send products quickly!
In my situation, the coffee arrived partially damaged as a result of shipping.
The team immediately responded and sent over a free replacement of the entire package - not just a replacement of the damaged sleeves!
This was truly above and beyond customer service!

Bad experience
The coffee it was very light ,
5.2 grams per capsule, it’s not enough
to make a real espresso. I aspected 6 types of coffee but they changed 2 types without informing me.
Expensive capsules,
Bad experience.

Just to let you know, 5.2g is the standard amount of coffee to put inside pods and is in line with what Nespresso themselves (5.3g). Since your order a few weeks ago, we have updated the 6 origins in our Luxury Pod Collection since your order a few weeks ago, which is why you see that the current collection has 2 different origins. At the time of your order the collection on the website matched with what you received 🙂. Sao Tome And Principe Coffee
First of all, let me just say, I have been trying to get ahold of coffee from Sao Tome and Principe for years . It is legendary , and supposed to be some of the best in the world.
Turns out, it is. Incredible flavor. Absolutely the best coffee I have ever had. Thank you to Sea Island coffee. You have earned yourself a loyal customer for life. Keep it coming :)
