Not one for leaving reviews but I was utterly appalled by the service I received from Sea Essence...

I have been purchasing sea moss for almost a year now (usually from Myla's Moss; note to self - 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it') but decided to try Sea Essence's sea moss because of their high following on Instagram (don't be fooled!). I placed my order of the larger 720ml jar on 29 March 2023 and received the product about a week later. When it arrived, I instantly noticed it was an unusual consistency to what I have always used before. I decided to try it anyway. Tried it in tea. It curdled. Tried it in coffee. It curdled. Tried it in water. It curdled. Tried it in a smoothie. It curdled. Having contacted Sea Essence's Customer Support, I was told it was fine to use and I should continue using/drinking curdled liquids. 🙃 Needless to say, it went in the bin. The Customer Support team were not helpful at all. They did not offer a refund or a replacement.

Definitely do not recommend this company or their 'sea moss'. Total waste of money. Will be returning to using Myla's Moss (which I wholeheartedly recommend)!

Purchasing this product was easy and their instagram page had so much information for me to read about what benefits the product had.
Any questions I did have I was replied to straight away.
With the product having to be eaten within 2 to 3 weeks, delivery was so fast! And came well packaged to keep the products cold.
Would highly recommend purchasing from here.

The sea moss is good but the amount varies, I got less on my second order. This batch was very runny and the sea moss content is less in my opinion.

I’ve been using Seamoss for over 1 year now. I put it into my food & use it as a face mask & it’s done wonders. It’s evened out my skin tone so much & faded any scars. Would definitely recommend this for acne prone skin, my skincare routine is so simple now simply because of how much Seamoss has cleared my skin up. Over time, it has also boosted my energy and I no longer take any supplements since seamoss has done the job!!

Would not recommend. Order arrived warm and the box had been opened. Sent pictures to the company demonstrating this and received no refund. Very disappointing as had set up a subscription I have since cancelled. No apology has been issued.

Amazing product. On my 4th jar have saw a difference with energy (I was always tired) hormone balance and my hair not that I needed it for my hair but it was a bonus and recommended it to my family and friends who all agree. I will continue to use it. I have had no issues with the packaging it’s always come packed well.

I heard about sea essence from my family. I'm glad I did. I will now stick to taking it. I have noticed a difference in my well being already. Despatch is very fast. Overall I highly recommend it.

My dried seamoss arrived within a couple of days, I followed the instructions on how to turn it into gel (from the website) it was so simple and easy to do, very happy with the result

This review is not about the product, it is about delivery. I have previously posted a really positive review about the product which I stand by. However, they need to sort out their customer service and delivery. I subscribe so should get my product 3 weekly however the money is taken from my account and my product arrives defrosted between 7-9 days later. The packaging borders on unprofessional and inadequate and needs improving as does their method of delivery. Evri is hopeless; I would happily pay more for postage in order to get it quicker. Please sort out your packaging and delivery as both are seriously letting you down.
