Prompt, efficient, courteous delivery by Scott and Davy R who set up and placed settee exactly where required and cleared up after themselves. Could not have done better.

Had sofa delivered to by Scott & Davy R. 5 star plus service. Really friendly and a good laugh! Absolute credit to the company wish all delivery drivers had the same service as these two. Also thank you for keeping my cream carpets clean 😃

Our delivery driver HASNAT and his crew GARETH from the JLD distrobution centre were great there was nothing that they wouldnt do to help. They went that extra mile turned up very promtly would really recommend them as a delivery team.

We were greeted by Aaron when we entered the store. He wasn't pushy and explained the lay out of the shop etc to us and left us to look around at our own pace. When we found the sofa we liked we let him know and he made the experience extremely easy for us. He talked us through all the payment options and nothing was to much hassle for him. I'd reccomend coming to SCS at Shirley retail park to everyone! Great experience and we've left with a sofa we love.

Delivery was a amazing, the blokes were a laugh. Turned up exactly when they said they would so I didn't have to wait in.

Went to scs Loughborough to buy an sofa and carpet. The sales assistant Mike went through all the prices for my sofa and carpet but didn't add on all the hidden costs. Delivery costs on both items. And payment of carpet fitting on day of delivery.
Was only told about these once I'd signed the agreement. So I cancelled the agreement because I thought I was being ripped off. I got the paperwork with cancelled on it but they didn't cancel it on there computer so I don't have an email for cancellation.

My husband and I purchased a carpet from Chesterfield Scs the fitters came we were not impressed at all poor fitting bad workman ship so we complained to Scs they sorted out a new carpet for us and the fitters came today. What can say I couldn't see any faults I couldn't see any joins the fitters did advise us that the treads weren't fitted properly before and we may have issues with the carpet moving but he made a note of the problem and told us to get in touch with Scs the fitter was helpful and the work carried out was brill. We did have a bit of delay getting the new carpet but that was because of re mesuring and having to wait on our order but Scs sorted out our problem.

Extremely helpful and officiant . Great communication throughout the full service. Highly recommend Scs to everyone!

i purchased a Lazy-boy 321 sofa in February . had to have them straight out as it creaked like an old door and one of the feet were broken, he also corrected one of the 2 seater cushions as it was too low. I complained via e mail about the quality of the furniture and someone came out to look at it, although he agreed with my complaint he had to say it was not faulty. the sofa is nothing like the one i chose from in the shop , it is very very uncomfortable and after this short time it looks terrible, it looks like an old settee and it ruins the look of my lounge. I have been told they will not write to me again over this matter, i am totally disgusted with SCS and will never buy anything or let anyone i know buy anything from their store again. I have to pay over £2,000 for something that looks worse than the one i replaced. Shocking quality and shocking after care.

ScS Darington. Steve our sales person was excellent not pushe or anything we went for the La-z-Boy as it was what we wer looking for and on a plus it was made in UK.
Delivery was excellent to, very careful and friendly.
All in all very please with my overall experiance would recomend to anyone thanks.

Excellent service from start to finish, Peter in the Sheffield branch was excellent and sorted our requests brilliantly and the two delivery drivers (Glyn A and Leigh D)were brilliant. Would recommend to anyone.
