Scrubs Cleaning Anmeldelser

Great service!! We went with Scrubs after getting quotes from a few places- their price was competitive and reviews were very positive. Scrubs were professional to speak to and organise, the cleaners were very punctual on the day and carried out a high standard end of tenancy. Would recommend 😊

Excellent service and easy to arrange. Cleaners did a great job for end of tenancy

The experience was pretty smooth. I booked an end-of-tenancy cleaning. The process for booking was easy. The team arrived at the allocated time and messaged me when they were done, providing pictures of the place. I also went in person a few hours later to check things out, and they said they were ok to wait for the payment until I fully checked everything in person. Overall pretty good.
One minor thing: When the cleaners left they left all the lights on. Which meant the lights stayed on until I arrived a few hours later to check the flat myself.

A very happy return customer! I booked Scrubs again for a deep clean and was just as impressed as before. The whole process was really well organised, from arranging the booking through to the clean itself, and the team did a fantastic job. Excellent service, great value and I’ll definitely be using them again.

Fantastic, I have used end of tenancy cleaning companies before where communication was poor, but Scrubs were great, confirmed a few weeks from move out date and price agreed.

In terms of the clean itself, brilliant, my landlord commented on how good a job the team did. They arrived on time on the move out day and was seamless with no stress which is just what you need when moving!

I compared quotes from other London cleaning companies and Scrubs were good value due to the fact that they also steam clean the carpets, which some other companies charge as extra. Personally I would not hesitate to recommend Scrubs to anyone who needs an end of tenancy clean.

This is the second time I have used Scrub Cleaning’s services this year, and once again, they have delivered an exceptional standard of work. Based on my previous experience, I had high expectations, and I am pleased to say that the team fully met them. The cleaning was carried out with great attention to detail, professionalism, and care, ensuring that every area of the apartment was thoroughly cleaned and presented to a very high standard.

The apartment included a patio, and I was particularly impressed that this area was cleaned with the same level of care and attention as the interior spaces. The team ensured that both the inside of the apartment and the outdoor area were left spotless, fresh, and well maintained. Their consistent quality of service, reliability, and thorough approach made the entire experience smooth and reassuring.

I am very satisfied with the outcome and truly appreciate the effort and care taken to complete the job to such a high standard. I would be happy to use Scrub Cleaning again in the future and would confidently recommend their services to anyone looking for a dependable and professional cleaning company.

I recently used Scrubs Cleaning. They responded to my online enquiry very quickly and accommodated my schedule. The cleaners arrived bang on time, were super friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. When they finished, my place looked great. I was very impressed!

We had a fantastic experience with Scrubs. The team arrived exactly on time, worked very efficiently, and did an excellent job cleaning our home. Everyone was professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Communication was clear and responsive throughout the process, making everything very straightforward. I would happily recommend Scrubs and will definitely use them again. Thank you to the whole team!

Great service from start to finish. The communication over the phone and email with Mike and Lynn was clear, quick, and respectful. Pricing was fair and reasonable.

On the day of the cleaning a team of 4-5 cleaners arrived on time, I gave some instructions and left. I was notified about 20 mins before they were done and arrived at the property.

I was very pleased with the level of cleaning, very thorough, they managed to remove stains that I didn't think would come off. The team was very nice as well.

The only tip I would give to future customers is to be very clear on what should not go in the bin.

Thanks to Scrubs we got our entire deposit back!

Excellent service from Scrubs Cleaning!

We have used the company twice already for after-refurbishment deep cleans (we are a property refurbishment company), and both times the work has been completed to a very high standard.

Professional, reliable and with great attention to detail. We will certainly be using Scrubs Cleaning again and would happily recommend them.

We used Scrubs for an end of tenancy cleaning in Clapham and they did an amazing job.

Very pleasant staff and experience, would highly recommend!

Florina and the Scrubs team did an incredible deep-clean just after we moved into our 4-bedroom house in Pinner. We really appreciated their hard work, attention to detail, prompt arrival and friendly communication throughout. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Had a really good experience with Florina and her team. I booked the post builder cleaning service and they did a great job. It would have taken me ages otherwise. They were cooperative and were happy to redo something which I thought needed a bit more cleaning.

Easy to contact Scrubs, friendly service and easy booking and straight to the point. I am pretty pedantic about the cleaning. The individuals that came to clean the flat very straight to the point, friendly and they got on with it straight away. I left there to clean and I was impressed how clean they left the oven and the fridge. All very good standards. So very happy. I am not too sure how expensive it is compared to other companies, but the service is very good hence I definitely recommend it. Another thing, they were very punctual too.

Very thorough and professional, my flat looks brand new, 2 ladies were so helpful. I would 100% recommend this company

Great experience, very professional team. The house was a mess and they managed to bring it back to life. Would recommend without hesitation.

Geraldine is coming to my house since many years . I do appreciate her service . She is efficient , kind and hard working .

The company is requesting video footage of a property, disregarding cleaning requirements for which images and video were provided. It is a cause for concern the request based on the market rate for similar services.

They were very efficient and on time and completely transformed the flat and all the nooks and crannies so we were able to get our deposit back.

second time I have used Scrubs for end of tenancy cleaning. Both occasions the work was completed to the highest standard and their service and reliability outshines any competitor that I have used in the past. Full marks all round
