The scrubs I like and the price was good but my order was pending for a month and had zero response from customer service after NUMEROUS attempts.

Check for defects
The arm of the sweatshirt has a clear defect. It even has a hole and it looks like someone cut the sleeve off and sewed it back on. I will be calling to get it replaced but this took 2 weeks to get to me. Now I have to wait on another one.

Nobody from your company has confirmed that they deducted the shipping charge from my bill for my order placed 9/22/26. I signed up for email and text messages from Scrub-in before I placed my order and there was an offer that constantly popped up on screen for free shipping on my next order for doing so.

Products seems of quality, I have not been able to wear them or wash them. My order was not complete and also had 2 pants that were the wrong Color. I cant wear just the tops, I am missing 3 pants basically.

It was okay
It was okay, I received my order at a timely manner. I wish there were more reviews with better explanations of how some of the products may fit. Having photo reviews as an option would even be helpful, it is difficult to be able to properly guess a certain size of something with very limited comparison. It is also important when I don't have the option to return certain items too.
