Having to deal with scripteasy through my Dr’s surgery pharmacy as not been easy despite myself having told the pharmacy that I would prefer scripteasy to deliver my catheters they demanded that I did not contact scripteasy directly but to go through them well I am glad I did recently as I put in a request for my catheters they said that the prescription was sent to scripteasy. but it had been 3 days and I had heard nothing from scripteasy so I rang them to be told that they had not had a prescription from my drs pharmacy but I said my Dr’s pharmacy had told me and sent me a text message to say that they had sent scripteasy a prescription, so I rang my Dr’s surgery and was told that no they had not sent a prescription but it will be sent, so I rang scripteasy again and asked if they get a prescription from my Dr’s pharmacy would I get my catheters next day as I will run out well thanks to the lovely lady at scripteasy who said I understand the situation that you are in as soon as your prescription arrives I will sort it out that you will get your catheters tomorrow, I didn’t sleep well as I thought tomorrows Saturday and I will run out of catheters in the morning and I doubt I will get any catheters till Monday now, Saturday came and I had used my last catheter I was thinking about re using my last catheter when I got a text message to say my catheters will be delivered early afternoon which they were I was so relieved I thought it’s not often that when you speak to someone on the phone who says I understand what situation you’re in but I will look out for you and make sure that you get what you need by tomorrow well thanks to you to that lady at scripteasy who kept her eye out for my prescription and rushed it through to be delivered the next day and thank you to scripteasy for being able to ring and speak with a person that as your health a top priority. Thank you

Script easy is one of the best company’s I’ve ever had to deal with. I have phoned them a number of times and you get through to a human almost straight away. The team of staff have always been so polite and understanding. I’m not one to give reviews but I can’t understate the great service I’ve always received from them. Delivery’s are predictable and have always been correct for me.
In todays world where we almost expect to be on hold for half an hour and then when you get a human that either cuts you off or they are just plain miserable to talk to, I think it’s a time to reward them with a positive review.
I’ve just come off the phone with them and spoke with Wendy, who was as much a delight to talk to as is every single member of the team.. keep it up Script Easy.

Excellent service especially Lyndsey who was dealing with my orders. Very efficient and never had a problem. They even would make sure they had the right prescriptions from GP so didn’t have the hassle trying to get in touch with them to get it right. Made the transition to catheter use so much easier. Highly recommend

I just wanted to say what an amazing and efficient service BD Script Easy have provided to me.
This was my first experience (and hopefully last) of using a catheter and it's attendant leg and night bag.
I was pleasantly surprised to receive my 'care package' -plus complimentary items too! This was accompanied with comprehensive literature which was very helpful.
All less than 24 hours since registering! Not only was the delivery outstandingly quick but it was well packaged.

A great service amid difficult times but helping to make things much more tolerable.

I have found the overall service from script easy to be 1st class with the staff being polite when taking my order to making the delivery.

I found script easy very easy and helpful to deal with. Staff were always helpful. My mother in law is a new patient to them but I would definitely recommend them.

Late, late late. I placed my prescription order on day 1.By day 4 nothing had arrived and I sent off an email to ask about the situation. I received a message back to say I could expect delivery by day 6. Nothing arrived until day 13. Too late I had already run out on day 7.

Phoned to check on status of order. Slight hold up with Royal Mail. Customer service contacted surgery and order delivered next day! Great service. Thanks.

Customer advisers are polite and willing to help with issues/requests.
I can only praise the professionalism of this company and the valuable service they offer me.

Appalling, they received a prescription for Freestyle Libre 2+ which they don’t supply. Rather than sending it back to the spine and contacting the GP they sat on it doing nothing for 5 days until I chased it up.

Yet again my catheter delivery by DHL has not arrived. This keeps happening. Script-easy themselves provide an excellent service but are continually let down by DHL. So why oh why do they keep using them. This time DHL said they could not find my address but the map they provided to show where their driver was showed they were 200 yards from our home. The packages have been in poor condition when they do finally arrive. Script-easy have said they will contact DHL and get back to me to inform me what is happening with my delivery but they never do. Overall an appalling service.

Very Very disappointed with scripteasy, I've ben using them for some years for the supply of continence sheaths for incontinence I have recently had the need to reorder but when I rang to place the order I was told out of stock until end of Sept early Oct. with no alternatives available, that is no good to me as I will be leaking probably in fount of visitor's or whilst out and about.
They do not seem to understand the urgently of my problem.
My incontinence is a symptom linked to my MS which is enough to deal with without the potential embarrassment of leaking in public.
There doesn't seem to be anywhere else I could go.

I’ve just placed an order and made a comment about how I’ve had two catheters split on me in ten days I was dealt with by such a lovely lady called Autumn she was so easy to talk to (l felt as though I’d known her for years) as l said to Autumn it’s such a brilliant service you provide,l do really appreciate it-thank you.

Using the service for about 11 years.
They were good for a while, greed has ruined the whole setup.
For past few months, NEARLY EVERY CONVIENE leaks and not from the 'tap' - bad manufacture..
Forget these idiots that won't accept responsibilty Too many private companies get out tax money.

The delivery of DHL of the package was in one word dismal, and appalling. He stopped in front of our house had a rummage in the back of the van, and drove off, we watched him doing it and we're speechless. Don't they realise that these medical supplies are important. Script Easy medical supplies itself is very helpful and gives an excellent service.

I've been using Scripteasy since 2020 for ordering catheters. They have provided outstanding service throughout that time - right up to the present day. When there have been problems obtaining certain products, they recommended some alternatives, sent me samples, and liaised with my GP practice to get the prescription changed etc. More recently, when the practice pharmacy started changing my prescription (without consulting with me!) they actively made enquiries and ensured I continued to have a supply. They have always responded quickly to my email enquiries and prescription requests (sometimes at weekends etc), and the turnaround time is generally extremely quick. I don't tend to phone them, so can't comment on that side (though they used to phone me to check if/when I needed to re-order, but stopped when I said I preferred to email). Overall - they've been amazingly supportive, and that's really important when you're reliant on medical support, especially when dealing directly with GPs/Practices/Pharmacies can be less than satisfactory!

My husband was catheterised earlier in A&E this week due to acute retention, and the advice we received from the hospital on discharge wasn't great. We phoned scripteasy the following day as had been told the hospital would be registering him for extra equipment, which hadn't been done, but the call handler was absolutely brilliant. Helpful, informative, friendly and talked him through the process. The additional equipment came, as promised 48 hours later. I can't fault them and thank you very much to the lady who took the call.

What a really great company to deal with. I have had to wear pee bags etc, due to wearing catheter nothing is to much trouble. If only N.H.S. was run on similar lines. I have only positive thoughts on N.H.S.

Didn't sign up for the service, my father doesn't have capacity. He's bedbound, so receiving deliveries would be difficult if I'm not around.
No one had a clue what the first delivery was, so it's been blocking the hallway and meanwhile, we've put in his regular prescription and have been wondering why it's been unavailable.
FedEx vans don't fit down the street, and having to wait while they block the road to deliver something can cause gridlock at some times of day. Its one of many reasons we pick up everything from the surgery, which is in the next street. We don't want to lose the practices pharmacy and be dependent on you lot (your reviews kind of suck) or have to make a 15 mile return journey to the nearest town.
Why would we need an extra nightbag stand? What do you think we've been using up until now?
