My report was missing page numbers
My document included a table of contents but the pages were missing numbers, which my editor did not pick up. This forced us to have to pull the doc from our website and quickly edit.

I am impressed with the quality of service
I am impressed with the quality of customer service here every time. At this time, when I had a problem uploading my manuscript, Kate, Customer Service, helped to deal with it immediately. It was during my business trip and had to contact them in between flight transits and transfers, so it was really helpful that she responded immediately.
Furthermore, they contact me immediately for a refund when a word count was errored, I appreciate the quality of the service.
