Not up to Scribendis usual standards
Suggested to replace "older patient" with "elderly" although "elderly" is stated in author guidelines not to be used. Suggested "hospitalized" although I specified British. Several places my original wording was deleted and the exact same wording was inserted for no apparant reason.
