This company provides very good value for the money. I am an experienced writer (>150 publications) but I find that they always have good suggestions for improving my manuscripts. The price is reasonable and there are many options for turnaround time. They are also very honest and only charge for the words that they actually edit (the quote was based on word count but, because I didn't require them to edit the references, they provided a discount).

I submitted my dissertation for editing and was extremely disappointed with the results. When I received my draft back, there was barely any editing done and it was definitely NOT worth the money. I think just beware of the reason you’re using this site. It seems like it’s more suited for middle school/high school papers and definitely should not be advertising themselves as a dissertation editing service.

I was pleasantly surprised by their customer service and they did give me a re-do of edits, which was a LOT better than the first time around. However, the editing was not worth the $500+. It should’ve been maybe $80-100. Definitely felt ripped off.

This was unprofessional, i have asked for 24 hours proofread and few hours I noticed the submission due date was on the sameday so i ask for cancellation they want to deduct 20% from my order and it wasn’t a late notice

Generally speaking, a very normal editing & proofreading service. Unlike other services, I know a few extremely good editors here, and that's why I use this service. However, you cannot see the schedule of these editors, so even if you request these editors, it is completely up to luck whether they can do their job for you or not. Also, the customer service is not very well organized. I guess it is due to staff shortage--every time anything happens, staff named Kate writes a message to you; however, she informs of you something only after the deadline, etc., probably due to staff shortage and unorganized work system. I hope that the company has a better organized work system.

Many errors in the document. The editor had less experience in editing case and teaching note. References were not to be edited, as per instruction, and still went ahead. Request to follow instructions.
