Screws & Fixings Ltd Anmeldelser

This was second time I ordered some products from this company because the prices can’t be beaten with other suppliers.had some issue with order being shipped to different location but after I spotted that I contacted company and customer service team super quickly sorted this out and I got my order day after delivered to correct address.many thanks for brilliant service and sorting things immediately. I’m very impressed. Definitely will be looking forward for more business from this company. Highly recommend this company.

I honestly can't praise this company enough. I experienced an IT issue on their website that prevented me from completing my order for some screws. When I contacted their customer service, they couldn't have been more helpful.

Not only did they send the screws to me completely free of charge (which arrived the next day!), but the only thing they asked for in return was some information about the website issue so they could investigate it and improve the experience for future customers. That says a lot about how much they genuinely care about both their customers and continuously improving their service.

It's rare to come across a company that's so customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile without expecting anything in return. The communication was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient from start to finish.

This level of service has definitely earned my trust, and I'll be returning for future purchases without hesitation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a company that stands behind its customers and truly values excellent service.

Thank you again for turning what could have been a frustrating experience into such a positive one!

What an amazing company and their customer service is fantastic.
They helped me out with all my enquires then simply placed the order on their website and it was delivered the very next day. They stock an amazing range and all for next day delivery and to top it all off there prices are the best I've seen.

5 stars....so glad I found this website....would highly recommend. Excellent service.

Super service highly recommended

Excellent service, excellent communication and great prices. I am in the trade and they use DPD for delivery so I get the products day after I made an order. Try them as they are really good!

I've been ordering from Screws & Fixings for many years and they have very competitive pricing and orders are always swiftly dispatched.

Finally communication is very good too so I have no hesitation in recommending them!

Above and beyond customer service - from communication to prompt action. I will shop with them again in the future.

I'm a DIYer and bought some sets of Timco brackets. Even with delivery it worked out cheaper than a local brick & mortar stockist. Delivery was about 24hrs after the order was made and really well packaged. Very pleased.

Very quick delivery and quality Excellent service
