We then didbt use it because the business went dormant and the pc got damaged so we lost our credentials and and life happened. Now we wanted to wtart using something we paid for, the account was downgraded to their free version. Do not deal with these people. You will onlybspeak to their telling you to be patient and your problems will be escalated.
