Scrape.do Anmeldelser

Best customer support experience ever. Flexible billing and easy setup.

We have been using scrape.do for about 6 months and scaled up our internal scraping in the last few weeks and scrape.do have been fantastic!

Very reliable servers and services. Their support team has been fantastic and have always gone that extra mile - even checking geolocation calls to ensure they work before we tried them.

We exceeded the business package and they gave us various cost-effective and practical options and assisted us to increase concurrency and increase the credits.

Great service, great team!

one of the best services i used, the customer service are very helpful, easy to solve any issue
Highly recommended

Fantastic, Very Helpful and Quick To Respond and Not AI bots

By far the best proxy service we have used, both in terms of platform capabilities and support from the team. Would highly reccomend!

The support service is pretty good, and the price is good for us

just subscribed for the hobby version, the customer support guy I think his name is Mert ，he is really friendly and helped me a lot ，because I struggled to getting right code for my project ，and looks like this scarping service is way cheaper than others in the market . lets see how things go and so far so good

Best solution I used so far. Extremely fast, great support, in-build playground. You will not find better platform right now!

Fast support response time. Proxy service works great even with classic mode.

We used Scrape.do for a project recently and found their service easy to use, to perform really well, and their customer service was also super efficient and friendly. We highly recommend!

1. Their scraping API is really effective. I was able to scrape websites with high security such as Cloudflare and some ReCaptcha and it seems to work by nearly 100% chance as I monitored.

2. Their dashboard is easy to use, intuitive and helpful to check my scraping job and credit usage in nearly real time manner.

2. However, you need to be careful when cancelling subscription. There are 2 options for cancelling subscription. First option is to cancel immediately and second option is to cancel at next billing period. I should have selected second option but actually selected first option. I simply thought they won't remove my credits because cancelling subscription is not cancelling my service but cancelling recurring billing only. However, I found out all my credit disappeared as soon as cancelling first option. So, I reached out their customer service for help. They restored my credit right away.

In summary, their product and dashboard is very good but their subscription system needs some improvement. I had some hassle during subscription cancellation issue but will use their service continuously. I hope this review would help anyone considering scrape.do as solution for scraping API and rotating proxies. 😃

Best experience and friendly customer service!

Raif Bey e çok teşekürler. Çok ilgiliydi.

My Python scraper was running too slow and throwing an error. I sent the script to support, and Mert found the issue and sent back a fix in under five minutes—lifesaver. Since then I’ve pushed 20M+ requests through Scrape.do with no issues, and scaling has been smooth. Honestly, it’s the best scraping service I’ve used.

theyre amazing, they reply within 5 mins at max and solve the problem instantly. truly 24/7 support
