words cannot describe how shit this website is. i cant even put into words how horrendous and how heinous this website is. i forget to accept a withdrawl from a bot and these had the nerve to tell me to wait 24 hours, and support was pretty useless

site sucks bots ar always down the widraw sistem is just so slow and dont waste time being on this site stn is better i every way possible use bakcpack to sell but not this garbage site

incredibly poor website. trades simply will not go through the vast majority of attempts.

takes way to long for simple trades, makes me like 60th in line and takes forever to load and if you yourself dont see the trade offer in time after waiting for 3 hours it punishes you and says i was idle in trade to long and now i have to wait an hour to use again, and trades hardly go through since the website doesnt like giving more than one scap metal for change for items

Don't understand the negative reviews.
But haven't tested any auctions, raffles work great, as someone said, buy only keys on here. This site is great for buying things with ref and scrap quickly ,especially craft hats. Always reccomend new players to use this site.

Worst prices, terrible community. If the mods don't like you, they can just ban you outright. You're not allowed to have any opinion that disagrees with them. The only good thing is the auction system, but beware, people constantly use alts to manipulate prices or reject every single bid. And the mods just hand out a warning, like they don't even care.

i was able to sell my mvm parts for metal and now i can get any weapon i want with it thanks to scrap.tf

Imagine selling an item in the auction, then when the auction ends and now you "supposedly" receive your keys/refs, it gives you an error and tells you that you can't withdraw until 24h passed. I contacted support, they said that there's nothing they could do and that I must wait to receive what's mine after 24 hours

Shartt ass staff that perma ban people like a kid in a candy store based off of false accusations. I appealed my ban and they closed it without responding. Screw the staff here.

Trades were broken, I got two hour cooldowns back to back for their issue. Autobuy feature is a mess, do not even try it. Contacted live support, they could not do anything and were unpleasant.

TL;DR - avoid at all costs.

I'm a premium site user, I joined and won hundreds of auctions, everytime I bid I do it because I want that to buy that item. I tried to pay my bid suddenly when auction was over and (due to a Steam trading issue) I couldn't accept the trade offer from scrap.tf
Fun fact they blocked me for a while because "you don't have to stay idle when you receive a trade offer". What a nice idea. After a couple of hours I tried again but I was stuck in a never ending "you're up next" queue (typical of this site). And so on. At last I couldn't trade the won item in time, and now I AM BANNED from auctions, and I CAN'T APPEAL THIS BAN. Just because of the useless Steam trading system and 'cause of the awful scrap tf auction management. I don't think it takes to be a genius to manage these things a better way. A good site with several good services ruined by non-existent support and 0 management and improvement. You're idle, not me!!

staff members consist of horrible people

most of them make s** jokes to minors, and lets not forget they punish you for talking them back.

avoid this website at all cost, the community is so horrible.

The best side to trade im using it 3 years

took forever when it was my turn. i refreshed the site now there are 22 more people line. the site sucks.

Easy way to trade. Prices can be a bit steep so double check on backpack.tf. There are quite a few maintenances I have run into which hinders my experience as well as skin trading being down for ages.

Easy and fast sold scrap :)

Twice I have used this site and never got any issues.

Best trading site (in my opinion)

I had some weapons in my inventory I didn't want anymore and i got a really good price on them, it was fast and they sell a lot of hats and emotes.

It has helpfull for my goal. of having every weapon in the game
I was going through trade server, paying double the price for everything, until someone told me about this site, 1 click away and corect price
I also started trading from here, made quite a profit.
I give it 4 stars because one time the bot offered me wrong trade content.
