time frame
giving a dedicated time frame on when your products will arrive and then it not show up is ridiculous. don’t give a promised time frame and not follow through on it.

It is very difficult to get Diablo sugar free production in Ireland, and I am happy that I found this website. Definitely will be shopping again here

Poorly shipped and poorly packaged
I paid for large and box was only half full, very battered looking and one of the bags of crisps had a hole poked through it when I opened it up. No bubble wrap or any form of protection on the inside of the box, poorly shipped and poorly packaged.
