Scotby Cycles Anmeldelser

Delivery & dispatch was prompt & well wrapped.
I could'nt find the item cheaper anywhere else plus pnp was free.

First purchase from Scotby Cycles, so was a little apprehensive, but my concerns were unnecessary.

I chose Scotby because they had stock of this item when most others were sold out, AND they offered the best price :-)

Received within 2 working days as promised.

Cannot fault product or service, and with a 5% discount code for my next order, will definitely be shopping with Scotby Cycles in the near future.

Happy from Glasgow !

I ordered a pair of Castelli team issue bib shorts and was told that if I paid for Royal Mail special delivery they would arrive before 1pm on the second day after ordering. When they didn't arrive I rang the shop and Simon took control of my issue and told me he would ring Royal Mail to see what the problem was and ring me straight back, which he did! He told me he would ring Royal Mail again on Saturday morning and ring me again with an update. Simon rang me around 8am and told me they were being delivered that morning. They arrived within a couple of hours of his call in time for racing the following day!
Above and beyond customer service will definitely be using Scotby Cycles again!

I ordered a pair of 510 trainers and they arrived a couple of days later. A was assured by the shop that if they didn't fit I could return them. Luckily they fitted fine. I would definitely use Scotsby again.

Well informed, speedy and free delivery... And a good price for my goods. I will use these again.

These people know what they are doing and do a very good job. The first site I go to when i am looking for bike kit. First class service and products, with prices to match.

Many thanks to the kind folks at Scotby who supplied a Brooks Cambium C17 at a great price, and then, without any hassle at all, exchanged it for a different model. Perfect customer service. They're my go-to bike store now.

Scotby Cycles offered the Brookes panniers cheaper than anyone else, and dispatched items very promptly.
I will use this Company again for my cycle needs.

I am a very happy customer. Scotby cycles did exactly what they said they would. Simple as that!

Scotby Cycles, best prices, fast delivery, reliable and kept me updated all the way. Item arrived in perfect condition. The ortlieb Saddle Bag in red is a great colour, very easy to attach to the bike and very sturdy. I fell off my bike and even though my bike and myself didn't get away unscathed, the bag stayed put and was untouched. It's big enough to fit my DSLR camera with some extra padding but that was about it. Could easily fit a few snack bars, small bike tool & puncture kit, inner tube, wallet & ID. Easy to wipe off any mud & splashes. Perfect.

Thanks Scotby Cycles, it could not have been easier ordering from you - I ordered it one day, got it the next. perfect.

My first experience of dealing with Scotby Cycles, and what a pleasure it was.
Not only was my purchase the cheapest I could find online, but the transaction was easy, communication was excellent, and delivery was fast. I can highly recommend and will certainly use them again in the future.

Yours Gratefully,

Mr Holden.

I've never used Scotby Cycles before, but after the service I received, that's going to change.

I was directed to Scotby Cycles from Google after looking for a Castelli windproof jacket - the website is easy to navigate, the range of goods is excellent, and they offered the best price for the jacket I wanted in the size I wanted. There were no problems in ordering and after being kept fully informed of my sale, the goods arrived a few days later. Its a perfect fit and I'm really chuffed with the goods, service and communication by Scotby Cycles. I'm more than happy to use them again...

10/10 fellas - thank you!!!

I had a bad weekend getting my bike stolen on Sunday morning ... but I stumbled upon an amazing deal on a Cannondale F29 at Scotby, ordered the bike at 11AM on the Monday and it was here by 9AM on the Tuesday.

I had to get in touch with Simon to alter our delivery details a little bit and he was incredibly helpful and we had no issues with the delivery.

Would highly recommend.

Ordered hellcat five ten shoes. Order came straight away and price was excellent. Shoes are banging too! Cheers guys

The specific product I purchased couldn't be found cheaper anywhere else. Believe me, I tried.

Delivered within 2 days of ordering. When delivered it was well packaged despite being something that was unlikely to break in transit.

I would definitely use Scotby's again.

Ordered some Five Ten freeriders at £10 cheaper than anywhere else on the internet. Arrived very quickly and order was tracked, impressive with free postage. Would definitely use again!

Ordered a helmet at a good price. The process was easy and delivery quick.

Great service ... I ordered a Kask Mojito, and then realised there was another colour that I preferred ..... my order was amended after a quick email, without any hassle. Arrived after a couple of days, and really pleased with my purchase.
Will definitely revisit the next time I'm looking for quality gear.

Great service. Ordered the bike and asked for Saturday delivery. The bike arrived on the Saturday in the time window given. Communication from Scotby was great. Will definitely use again!
