I had made a mistake with delivery address as I forgot to ask for them to go to my work. I emailed asking if I could change it and the response was rapid and it was no bother at all to them.
I will definitely use scotby again, Thank You!

I have got what I wanted for very good price with free and fast delivery at the day when was notified. Everything just how it should be. I wish I "need" something else soon because this shopping was really pleasure.

Great shoes, best price, no problem with delivery. Thanks

Never heard of these shoes before but on the showing so far I am a fan. They look great, BLACK RED AND SILVER, are V comfortable easy to don and doff and the soles stick like glue to our laminate and tiled floors , not been on any really slippery outside stuff yet but I feel confident of the fabulous grip they will likely provide.
Like the shoes never used SCOTBY CYCLES before but the service was professional ,prompt and with free postage. The order was tracked and but for the weekend would have arrived next day. The company exude a feeling of family and competent service and seem keen to improve in whatever way they can . I will use them again if they offer what I need, hope this has been useful to any fence sitters ...Matt H.

Ordered a Bicycle using next day by 10 am delivery option. The bicycle turned up as promised, kept informed of progress. Cheapest around too. Good service and great bike.
