Scotby Cycles Anmeldelser

Bought a smart trainer off them. Unfortunately there was a need to send it back, however they organised the pick up and refunded me fully despite not having original box. Very good customer service

Hats off!

Excellent all round. Sunday, found & immediately ordered pretty much the last 56cm Cannondale Synapse Al Disk 105 available on the UK internet. Tuesday, unpacked it and took it out for a ride.

Great bike. Incredible service.

Almost enough to restore one’s faith in the UK.

Excellent products, Very reasonably priced with super quick delivery (2 days) - exceeded our expectations!

Well done Scotby Cycles, you’re managing what so many others are failing miserably at presently, delivering on time and in full.

Will be sure to use you again next time.

Fantastic service at a difficult time due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Ordered a couple of in stock items at competitive prices on a Friday and they dropped onto my doormat on the Monday morning. Great response from their staff too when trying to fix a little mix up on my part with the order. I'll be using these guys again!

First road bike purchase. Very helpful, friendly staff willing to help with any questions taking into account your experience. They even let me try on stuff even though i told them I’d be buying elsewhere due to vouchers available through work. Highly recommend.

Never heard of them before, but got let down by a big cycling store on a purchase so decided to do some price comparison and these can up as cheapest.
Order Monday and arrived on the Thursday with the free delivery option. No messing about, quick and reliable. Will defo use again.

Ordered an electric bike. Unfortunately delivery via Parcelforce with their typically poor service. Consignment split into 2 packages that were separated en route. Consequently delivery is now over 2 days, which isn't great for anyone who works and isn't willing to take multiple days off. I was at home today based upon the quoted delivery. Essentially means I will not have the bike until next week by the time Parcelforce makes a pointless delivery attempt in the next day or so, only to have to return the bike to the depot to be collected... Not ideal for an overnight delivery.

Scotby customer service apologised but made no effort to assist, washing their hands and blaming Parcelforce. No responsibility taken for their choice of carrier.

Absolute superb mtb shoes excellent grip and easy to walk in also. Highly recommend Scotby cycles fast delivery and easy buying process

Bought the five ten ladies mtb shoe, true to size and very comfortable highly recommend, good correspondence from Scotby when I had a problem with e-mail, and yes we have used the company since buying mens mtb five ten, no hesitation to use this company again. Thanks

Great experience and value, I would recommend Scotby Cycles.

Really pleased with the whole shopping experience, very simple and such quick delivery. Thank you.

I ordered an Osprey backpack and I chose Scotby Cycles. I found it very easy to execute my order and the package arrived on-time. There were no incidents at all thoughout the process.

Ordering from Scotby cycles for the first time proved to be a very straightforward experience. I live in the Republic of Ireland and was looking for a particular model of Fiveten Freerider (which was in stock AND in a size 13 uk which can be harder to find). The price was very competitive and after ordering I recieved a number of emails (to confirm my order, to tell me about delivery (Royal Mail tracked) and another when the order was actually shipped). The order itself arrived much faster than I had expected and the goods were as advertised. I would have no problem recommending Scotby cycles on the basis of my first experience with them.

Best price on web and super quick delivery! Very happy with my purchase.

Absolutely fantastic purchasing experience. Ordered the wrong item, asked Simon if I could purchase another bag by paying the difference. I was recommended to purchase the other bag directly and would receive refund on first item. Everything happened within two days and bag was delivered within two days from order (excluding the weekend). Highly cordial and communicative staff. 100% recommended

I ordered some panniers from the company expecting them to take about a week to get to me. I received them in three days which was way beyond expectation. Great service, great panniers and a good price. Thanks!

Fast respond to inquiry and super fast shipping. Nothing to say but excellent, will definitely return to purchase.

Bought a bike bag from Scotby via Ebay. They could not have done more to put me at ease throughout the ordering and delivery phases. it's all crystal clear. Highly recommended and I hope to order again soon.

Ordered five ten shoes, one of the only stores to have my size , plus got a £5 discount so even better. Delivery was as promised couldn't fault them. They are very helpful in the shop as well.

Always stock the latest fiveten shoes in all sizes at a discounted price. What's not to like!
