will over-promise and underdeliver, also if you ask about changing terms of plan if its not working they will do a corporate run around aka beating around the bush on making changes. My experience has been excellent. I have used a multitude of products from scorpion!

A couple things to point out:
1. Tracking for pest control owners with using field routes is worth so much! The app tracks leads, money spent, and where leads came from!

2. Monthly meeting with Jedd has been amazing. Jedd our rep has always been communicating with us in between meetings too!

3. The team at different events has always been nice and easy to talk too! I look forward to working with them in the future !

I've been a client of Scorpion for over 6 years now and I have never come across a vendor that cares more about the success of their clients than Scorpion. When things go wrong, they are quick to jump in and fix the issue. When things are going great, they are asking and working to make things even better.

On top of that, I have referred them to dozens of other contractors of which I have also heard very positive feedback from them about Scorpion as well!

I truly believe Scorpion is my competitive advantage and I am thankful to have them in our corner.

Our family business signed on with Scorpion at $10,000 per month under the promise of real SEO growth, lead generation, and revenue-focused results. After months of working with them, the reality couldn’t be further from what they sold us.
• Minimal Results: Despite their flashy talk of “AI-powered SEO” and “Revenue MAX”, we saw virtually no meaningful improvement in organic rankings, traffic, or qualified leads.
• Overpriced & Misleading: For what they charge, you’d expect measurable ROI. Instead, most of what they deliver leans on expensive PPC campaigns while calling it “SEO.”
• No Transparency: We asked for clear data on results and ROI and got generic reports with no real accountability.
• Lock-In Tactics: What they don’t tell you upfront is that if you ever want to leave, you risk losing your website and campaign data because they control the assets.

In short, Scorpion overpromises and underdelivers. They burned through our budget with little to show for it. Don’t be fooled by the buzzwords or their aggressive sales pitch—if you’re a business owner serious about growth, look elsewhere.

Scorpion was a complete waste of money. I had a contract for 2 yrs. At the end I had very little to show. They own the webiste (YOUR WEBSITE). Predatory, awful results and terrible at communicating.

We paid them for marketing for which they promised us a certain amount of leads every month which they have been nowhere near!

Our rep has been terrible making excuse after excuse and no answers. We are now stuck with $35k contract that isn't delivering and they now own our website and marketing data for Google!

They are an awful company who don't deliver, don't care and who will threaten you with all sorts if you want to leave a contract that they aren't fulfilling.

Awful, impatient, and rude. I scheduled an intro call, was on time, and within less than 3 minutes of talking over the phone, Mr. Estrada cut me off and declared "You do not fall under any of our verticals".

I hung up firmly and politely, and also suspect Mr. Estrada discriminated against me due to my national origin, in other words, due to the way I speak English.
