Pamir whitburn poor scoffible too
Pamir whitburn Called before I ordered to see delivery time told 45 min max so ordered and over a hr later i called to be told 20 min so i cancelled to then be told just left the shop bland borderline raw chips wasnt worth over £22 and whats worse is scoffible is next to no help there not interested in the customer just the folk in the takeaways very poor service from both and total waste of money i would avoid pamir and also scoffible

My address does not appear on the order page so have to insert manually, the choice of restaurants is good how ever so far been disappointed by the food delivered,

Exactly what you want from a delivery app
App is quick and works every time, and food turns up when it says it will. Prices are clear, no daft surprises at checkout. Honestly can't fault it.

Hadn't used scoffable for a while but found it really easy and convenient, ordering was simple, website was easy to navigate, even gave me a voucher for future purchases which was a nice touch, definitely be using them again

5 star company
Retired for years I never thought I would be using such an app. I thought buying take away was for the young.
I have been blown away by
1.how easy it was to register & use.
2. To find such a massive number of food outlets offering a variety of food from around the globe.
3. To be able to view menus & compare reviews with prices from individual shops.
4. When I accidentally deleted my account their backup service was superb to help me start again.
Overall, “brilliant service”.

Maybe a little more information if I am not going to receive my order because shop has closed
I usually always get my order from the vendors I order from however I have had experiences when they have closed with no warning to me and I have had to be told by Scoffable themselves that they have closed and I will receive my money back other than that I have had very good experiences

Good simple ordering platform
Good simple ordering platform. Although we need to keep up the marketing videos and have more store promotions and incentives. Such as competitors with stampcards or deals.

Plenty of options for local takeaways
Plenty of options for local takeaways. Easy to navigate with access to menus, information re delivery costs and ratings for each takeaway. Completed orders in minutes and have never been disappointed in delivery time, quality of food etc. Great app.

I used to use just eat more often than scoffable due to some restaurants not being available but when I started to get a service charge of a percentage of your total order cost pushing up the cost of a takeaway significantly its Scoffable all the way plus its a local company
