I bought Turas 1 (An Dara hEagran), but it was not clear that there was a version that included the Textbook. When I realised the mistake , I emailed schoolbooks, but got no response. There was no option to buy the Textbook on it's own, so I ended up buying the textbook plus the "Leabhar agus Punann" that I had already bought. Also, I had to make multiple separate purchases (apart from the above) as books came back into stock, thus incurring additional delivery costs.

awful customer service. They are not contactable. Had placed an order and then returned books as had duplicates. No refund, no way of contacting them. live chat, email support non existent. On hold and then phone cuts off. A disgrace

Rapid dispatch and delivery. Book was in stock and arrived within 24 hours.

Absolutely terrific! I ordered my books, they were dispatched within an hour and at my door the next day! Only €4 to post, well packed, everything correct. Brilliant. Definitely the only people I'm ordering any school books from. Thank you.

Order received within 24 hours! What a service! Thank you!

Always so efficient and helpful, never an issue , my go to for all my sons school books.

So efficient. Had exactly what I wanted and delivered the next day. Super service.

Always prompt delivery and great customer service.

Very fast service the book was shipped the same day i ordered it and it was delivered the next day.

Schoolbooks.ie are a fantastic company everything you need and always in stock and super fast delivery.

Efficient, fast, and exactly what I sought

Phone lines very busy but it was during second week of return to school other than that good service. I had the books within five days of ordering.

After sale care is shockingly bad. Trying to get in contact with customer care which is non-existent. No reply to emails nor WhatsApp and on hold 4 different times for 10 minutes each time.

complete lack of customer service when things don't go to plan.
I ordered 1 school book on 8th August, no delivery & no update since.
I have sent 3 emails requesting order cancelled and refunded, no response. I have tried the phone number countless times, never answered and always cuts off after 10 minutes on hold.
I tried web chat but no one available.
I will be raising a claim through my credit card company next if this order is not refunded

I tried to ring, email and contact you on on numerous occasions but to no avail. I'm still waiting for our other order.

Would give zero if possible. A number of books never arrived even though paid for and confirmed in stock. No response to multiple emails asking for an update. No answer to numerous attempts to contact by phone. Each time being left on hold for over 10mins and then cut off. I’ve spent an absolute fortune over the years with these but the absence of any communication or customer service is a disgrace.

Dreadful. Charged me for 3 orders. I cancelled one, no refund and the second they said was delivered and was not. Never answer the phone and never answer to emails. Never again. Time wasters and zero service. Do not buy your school books from these people…

Absolutely fantastic service
. Super quick delivery,,,extra communications and good price. 5 stars from me even 6 +

I think this was the fastest delivery I’ve ever experienced in Ireland! 😊

I ordered school supplies for my son, and everything arrived incredibly quickly. I’d like to sincerely thank the Schoolbooks.ie team for their excellent service and help.

Really impressed with the speed, service, and overall experience. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
