Excellent, scent but came in a cheap bottle that you struggle to get the lid off and end up spilling each time you manage to do so.

Great service, lovely team and very efficient. One of my fragrances was incorrect but after a quick email the team quickly sent out a replacement and even paid for the postage to send the incorrect one back to them. Very fast, efficient and professional. 5 stars

AMAZING, Just don't be like me...
They do take the full 3-6 days to ship. Not sure why, backlog of orders perhaps. So you have to be willing to wait that amount of time. I was impatient and did a paypal claim. THEY were patient and professional. Reached out and resolved.
Slight suggestion for Scently, be a bit better about comms. Amazon Prime made the world (or just me) impatient haha

Perfect way to sample perfumes- ordered a load of small samples as I couldn’t find the perfumes I wanted to try in any shops. Great selection and the samples arrived safely and quickly.

I asked for recommendation for perfumes…
I asked for recommendation for perfumes for wedding party and they helped me decide on a couple. Which keep in mind were all really great! In the end I decided to go with miss dior blooming bouquet! Really beautiful scent! Thank you scentley team!

Good way to try before you buy
I ordered three samples of higher end perfumes, which arrived quickly, and securely packed. I decide that I didn't actually like any of them, which certainly saved me wasting money on unsuitable scents. But as someone who does not live near a big city with stockists of these products it is a good service

Delivery was somewhat late
Delivery was somewhat late, over a week. Customer service however was good. I find the spray bottles rather small and hard to use. Samples expensive.
