It feels like a scam

It feels like a scam. I paid for the difusser 2 over 2 months ago. I keep logging in to see the updates on when it will be delivered, but they keep pushing the date back by a month. BEWARE do not order

Stopped working after 6.5 months and the warranty is for 6 months so I was told I could use a 30% discount to buy another. During the time I used it the performance was marginal often shutting down and had to unplug it to get it running again. Hard to cancel the subscription as well. Horrible experience

I had a mixed experience… but at least…

I had a mixed experience… but at least they have customer service. I bought two units and while they worked manually, I could not get them to hook up to the app. I worked with customer service back-and-forth via email trying the different things they recommended. After nothing worked, they let me send them back under warranty. After a number of weeks, I got a reply that the claim was not accepted. At that point, I thought utoh a scam they have the units and my money, but that was not the case. They right away issued two brand new units to me and while I still cannot get them to connect to the app, they did let me know that they are reworking that app with a new company and hope to have it functioning better in the near future. They refunded my money and asked me to hold onto the units while they work on this app. Now I can compare that to my experience I had with Aroma 360 and confidently give Scentiment 4 stars. I only removed one star because it does take a few days to communicate back-and-forth each time. Aroma 360 gets no stars. I left a review on them here as well if you’re interested, but there’s plenty of bad ones on them.

Surprised and disappointed

It does as advertised however the sample scents for me are not the greatest and although it states you can use other oils it does bot mention which will work best with the product. I should not have to continuously purchase scents from the company.

Support is slow

Support is slow. Diffuser motor stopped working. I've been through all the troubleshooting steps. And the motor just does not run. I've only had the thing for 2 months. One would think, that the amount of money they charge for these things, you could at least get some quick support. All products are advertised as top of the line. Support is definitely not top of the line though

I really wanted to love this brand…

I really wanted to love this brand because the scents are genuinely amazing, but unfortunately, the quality and overall experience have been extremely disappointing.

I’ve gone through three different diffusers, all of which became faulty within just a few months. Even the HVAC diffusers, which are not cheap failed back to back. The devices start making loud, abnormal noises, almost like the motor is going bad, and stop functioning properly.

Although they offered troubleshooting steps, these were things I had already tried, and there was no real resolution offered since the products were out of warranty.

On top of that, one of my largest oil orders arrived damaged in transit, which added to the frustration.

For the price point, I expected much better reliability and support. While the scents are great, the repeated issues and lack of support make it hard to justify purchasing from this company again.

Horrible!

I ordered a diffuser and 5 bottles of oil on March 1st and received it March 5th. I couldn't even use it because the scents were horrible. They smell nothing like what the names suggest. One actually made us very sick. So when I let them know they offered a 35 dollar credit so I could try some other scents. I thought that was great. I went on the site and they had a great sale so I picked out 4 scents then went to use the 35 dollar credit and couldn't use it on a sale. So for 35 dollars I got 1 scent. I decided to give them a chance and ordered others at the same time paying more money. This was March 25th. I was told 3-5 business days I would get my tracking number. Here it is 8 business days and not even shipped. I called Friday and was told they would expedite it and I would get it today or tomorrow. But it still hasn't even shipped so that's a lie! I decided to just use the oil I got to try it out and out blows through a bottle in a week on low setting. At the price they charge for oil this is not worth it! I will be trying a different company. If you have extra money to give away then yes order from here. I'd rather drive down the freeway and throw it out the window. Also I left comments on their Facebook and they just immediately delete them so they can keep fooling people.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. The first diffuser I bought lasted 3 months. I bought a second and it never worked. It wouldn’t charge, and wouldn’t turn on. I cannot use it. I’ve tried reaching out to the company multiple times. They send me you tube videos on trouble shooting even though I’ve explained that it doesn’t charge or turn on. They have garbage products and refuse to stand behind their product. They never refunded me my 130.00 not did they send me a working diffuser. There are many more reputable companies.

this thing is total garbage. Save your money PLEASE

This thing is total garbage... won't connect to wifi at all and support just tells me 'oh well, just use bluetooth'. I paid for for this expensive unit because it works with wifi. Over and hour of the phone with terrible support and they won't do anything at all. Using the supplied remote it works for a few hours then shuts off (not on battery, its plugged in). When it does work its super loud, to the point you hear it across the room. I have fans that make less noise. This isn't to mention how it just burns through the oil in no time. Avoid this piece of junk like the plague because if they ever do ship it to you after months of waiting, it is a total let down for something that costs over $100. I wished I never wasted money on this thing but I guess when you hand 100's of units out for free on social media those pinheads aren't going to give an honest review. Should have known.

Excellent customer service

I bought the big diffuser and it came with the charging cord. I got to charge it 1 time after I used it and when I unplugged it the charging cord came apart. Not sure if it was bad to start with but I emailed Sentiment customer service, and they sent me a new on! Not many company’s would do that without making you pay! I would highly recommend their products and customer service is excellent! Thank you Sentiment!

Bought (2) of the Minis - useless

Bought (2) of the Minis, they worked great and my house smelt fantastic. Then on day 2 I didn’t smell anything so I checked on them. They were on, so I turned them off, and put them back to high — nothing. Indicator lights are on but nothing happens.

I cleaned the straw, reinserted the scent bottle, and power cycled both devices. Nothing.

After spending $200 on these pieces of junk, I’m returning them.

DO NOT RECOMMEND.

SUPPORT IS ALSO USELESS, I had to put a chargeback onto my CC to get my money back.

Sad liars,morally bankrupt I'd say

So,after some bad reviews they contacted me,told me they have 2 new units available AND pre tested for me,all I had to do was wait for return labels they would send me,send them back,they would look at units and then send me my new ones..that was 2 months ago and STILL no labels!! Listen scentiment,if you're going to lie at least have the decency to not try and get me to buy MORE stuff on a daily basis,without resolving the first bad experience! What a joke of a company!do NOT buy from them,they have ZERO scruples apparently! Sad ass company in my opinion..shame on your business practices.

I recently wrote a review about the delay in customer service and cancellation of an order that had not been processed. It took 8 days to get my money back, I was asked if I would mind online credit, I was given 2 account numbers that weren’t mine which I believe delays the process. I disputed the process with my credit union and believe that’s how I was helped to expedite the credit since they had to call them as well. Scentiments online chat states immediately they can cancel but customer service will state 3-5 days - please read the policy, conflicting. Just my experience.

The machines are cheap!! First 2 didn't work they sent out 2 more 1 of those do not work. You have to leave them plugged in the battery life is horrible. I think this was a waste. I had high hopes but not worth it

Awful, terrible service. Countless incorrect orders and unacceptable return/refund policies. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Scentiment is absolutely the worst company I have ever done business with. 100%. My orders are genuinely, LITERALLY never correct, and now the devices I spent hundreds of dollars on do not work.
I first found out about them on TikTok around the holidays. They had some incredible deals and discounts on their oils, but I could not afford their diffusers at the time. After an order or two, I noticed some issues with my orders; some wouldn’t ship out at all until I contacted them, or the ones that would seemed to have bottle sizing (always smaller, never larger) or scent order discrepancies, but they would usually help me get them corrected. Then, I ordered a fragrance called South Beach. I fell IN LOVE with this scent. To this day, they have not made a better scent. On Black Friday, I ordered a 200 ml or 120 ml bottle of it, and waited and waited and waited, and towards the end of January, I finally messaged them asking what the issue with the order was, and they informed me that they sold out of the scent and the company had decided not to restock it. They never updated me with that information, as my order just kept showing “processing” or “pending”. They would not allow me to cancel my order, only asking what I wanted in place of it. They sent me some random scent that I ended up hating, but I was tired of fighting. Then, I recently placed an order for over $100 worth of their new “Destinations” line of 10 ml sample bottle packs. Out of the 12 bottles I ordered, only ONE BOTTLE was correct. Seriously. One. They said I could keep the incorrect bottles and take a $50 gift card. I said no. I argued and escalated and argued and escalated, and they ended up finally offering me a $90 gift card (which is less than what I spent, and that I still haven’t used). I ALSO SPENT $300 on their Diffuser Pro 2 devices. Then, I found out they no longer sell their 200 ml sizes, which is the specific bottle size the Diffuser Pro 2 requires. I had to beg and escalate JUST TO BUY FOUR EMPTY 200 ML BOTTLES FROM THEM! FOR THEIR OWN DIFFUSERS! They THEN forced a new app on us (2.0), and now I have to reconnect my diffuser every time I open the app. There’s nothing they can do to help. I’m just over them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! Consider yourself warned. I’ve easily spent hundreds if not THOUSANDS of dollars with them, and they DO NOT CARE. ESPECIALLY when you chat into their support team, and they take AN AVERAGE of 2-3 business days to respond back to every message. If I could post screenshots on this review, I would!
