I’ve read a few reviews saying they have had this same issue so I’m glad I cancelled. I just started my subscription early this month, it was supposed to be sent on the 14th and I got an email on the 17th I think saying supply issue and delay in shipment. Kept saying shipping label created and waiting for package at the post office. Messaged them and emailed them multiple times. Finally gave up and cancelled it on February 1st. Still have yet to receive that shipment but it’s whatever…

What a joke got a perfume subscription for Christmas. No perfume !!!! . Been waiting 25 days for delivery. I guess its a scam . They do not refund . Unless you have money to waste do not subscribe.
Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company! The first couple of deliveries were fine and on time. I changed to the most expensive subscription over Christmas. They took the money but have not delivered my order. They sent an email saying it would be delayed by 5 days; that was 20 days ago. I have emailed, used their online contact form, and called but have never received a response. Clearly, they have some supply chain issues, but rather than face the problem, they are burying their head in the sand. I tried to remove my card details from their site so that I wouldn't be charged again, but they have locked that feature. The only thing I can think is they are in financial difficulty. Do not subscribe!!!!
UPDATE: I have now received a refund and they also sent out the missing delivery. However, I have still cancelled my subscription as getting a response from customer service takes far too long and they did not communicate about why and how long it would take to get my order. In the end, my order was 1 month late, and the only information I was told was it would be 5 days late.

I'm sooo disappointed in writing this review because I have been a Scentbox customer for 62 shipments! Yes, that's over 5 years. It wasn't until recently that I've been having issues with my order that made me cancel my longstanding subscription. I'm not sure if there's been a change behind the scenes but the customer service has gone down quite a bit. When making a complaint, they are very nonchalant and offer no help. I've had a delay in shipping due to supply issues" for the last 4 shipments and this last one that I'm currently still waiting for made me cancel my subscription and write this review. A shipping label was created on 01/09/2025 but I received an email on 01/14 that they were again having supply issues and that my shipment was delayed 4-5 business days. Well, today is 01/28 and the tracking no. from 01/09 has yet to be updated. I've emailed 3 times at this point, even expressing that I planned to cancel my over 5-year subscription and to that I was told "Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on our monthly subscriptions. You will still receive your January shipment. Once you receive the shipping confirmation you will need to allow 7-10 business days, excluding holidays and weekends, for the parcel to arrive." They don't even acknowledge their wrongdoing, not even an apology. So I immediately cancelled my subscription. It's clear disregard of paying customer's complaints. So back to ScentBird I go.

I had a pause on the account for 12 months. Within 2 days it unpausing, I received a new credit card charge. I contacted customer service before they could ship a new perfume. They denied any refund or re-pause, and a couple days later, shipped out the product anyways.

I bought a subscription for my son as a gift and never received it. The tracking indicates it still hadn't left facility a month later. After a few emails back amd forth I was told they do not refund subscriptions.
Don't know if ill ever see the product I paid for.

Not great, not horrible. I’ve had my subscription for 6 months & I’ve had issues 2 months out of the 6. Broken sprayer one month & now they are hoping to send me my shipment in 4-5 business days (this will cause it to be very late). Do they not realize that for most people who use this service if there is anything that causes your shipment to be late that means you’re going without perfume? Customer service doesn’t really care. Definitely going to cancel my subscription, just doesn’t seem to be worth the hassle.

I used to use Scentbird and everything was good. I just didn't use perfume that much so I stopped.
I started Scentbox when I saw an ad. First scent smells almost exactly like the second. The label says they are different, I selected different scents for each month. They smell the same, and its not a good scent.
My third scent is just hanging out at a shipping warehouse. I reached out the Scentbox to see if they could get any information on what is happening with this package bc its over a week late. They sent me exactly what I had said in a different order. They told me to track the package with X tracking number... I laughed bc I had sent them the same tracking number and mentioned what the tracking said. So thank you for just telling me to do what I already did.
I canceled quick and the lost package may or may not get to me.

Honestly I have never did a review because I feel like it is not needed but the experience I have had with scentbox is outright outrageous. Literally all I can do is laugh with this unorganized company. You’ll pay a high subscription to receive your cologne at the end of the month or even midway the second month. It’s ridiculous. The customer service is terrible. You’re better off going to a service if you want to get cologne because this place is not it whatsoever. Just be prepared to be waiting. FOREVER TO NEVER RECEIVE THE ITEM YOU PURCHASE LOL

I have ordered scentbird for quite some time now to help my boyfriend find a new perfect cologne. In our last order they came in broken, so I contacted them and got an answer within a couple hours. They decided to completely refund my months order for FREE . I am very satisfied with this company and will continue to order from them! Highly recommend them!

Some of the worst customer service that I've had in a long time.
I sent an email to cancel my subscription before the cut-off point, but unfortunately, due to a poor internet connection, the email didn't send. I was only alerted to this after the subscription payment was taken out of my account. I emailed them the day after, and was told I could not cancel this month's subscription.
This was irritating, but fair enough. However, because I did not pick any scents for the month, I was allocated the editor's picks. I had hoped that, given that the scents have not been shipped, and would not be shipped for another week, they would be lenient enough to let me change. Not only were they unwilling to let me pick my month's scents, but the editor's picks were all from the tier lower than what I was paying for! They were adamant that I could not change my scents, nor would they refund me the difference.
Absolutely appalling customer service. In addition, all emails were responded to at least a day after I had sent them. Cannot recommend ScentBox in the slightest.
Fantastic service
Fantastic service. The product you receive is perfect. Each scent comes in its own spray tube unlike competitors who just give you one an then every spray has to be put onto the tube. You get a decent amount (8ml) of the scent you choose every month. It really gives you a chance of trying the more expensive scebrs without breaking the bank. Try it. You won't regret it.
The only subscription you need for smelling good
Been using scent box for 2 months so far and by far the best selection of colognes and perfumes every luxury brand I use I can now get in a travel size always new choices to choose from and a vast selection will be only using this company from now on

I am very disappointed in Scentbird's fragrances because they do not last. It seems like just a little while after spraying any of them on the fragrance is gone. It is my opinion that these fragrances are not at their full strength. I've been a member for several months but now I have canceled my subscription.

Ive tried scentbird and scentbox and I can tell you right now scentbox is SUPERIOR.. its cheaper and the parfumes are 100% real. I noticed wirh scentbird that is not the case. When I contacted them they said each "batch" of parfumes are different AND I get that but put of the 20 parfumes I tried, which abouts half I owed or tried before..not one has the longevity. But scentbox DOES! Some od the parfumes I didnt like the smell but you can swap one out each order :) Love it

I love Scentbox due to their quality Customer Service. I had a problem with my fragrance delivery. I didn't receive it yet the Tracking info said I did. I contacted them and explained the issue and they immediately sent out a new fragrance at no charge of course. Anytime I want something done they take care of it quickly and efficiently. A really fantastic company to deal with.I will continue to be a customer for a long time to come.

I got my first scentbox last month and I love it!
I got the 212 VIP, and once in a while someone will stop to say the scent smells really good!
I picked out the twelve scents for each month and I can't wait to have them all and use them interchangeably as I haven't even used half of the pretty big glass vial bottle the next one is coming and I'm already giddy at the thought of wearing my next scent which I know I 💯 love!!

Always sends the correct scents, anytime there’s a discrepancy, rather it’s the wrong scent sent, or a change in address they fix it. Recently I’ve moved, they shipped my kit out to my previous address, I told them what had happened and they shipped me my whole months order out without a QUESTION! Scent box is awesome
